What is /biz/'s opinion on perfectmoney?
idea seems nice but it looks like a Russian scam otherwise, pretty sure it's literally run by Russian criminals.
>>1627176
Used it a few times 3-5 years ago. Actually a legit service (back then, may have changed) but the site is god awful
>>1627197
Apparently it's literally run by a Russian scammer known for several other scams
What did he mean by that?
What are the benefits of using this service?
>>1627176
Literally no reason to use it other than to engage in criminal activity. Even then, you're probably better off using Bitcoin. PerfectMoney has actually been around for a while if I remember correctly but it's no different from E-Gold, Liberty Reserve, or E-Bullion.
Anyone here ever tried it? Has it had a positive impact on your productivity, mental clarity, state of mind, ect?
Really good for business and finances

Explain to a complete idiot using the simplest terms possible why an increasing national debt does or does not matter.
It all depends on the countries ability to pay their debt and who owns the debt. Usually debt past 100% GDP is terrible. Most of the world is in debt and nothing has collapsed yet so
>>1627102
What you and many other people do not understand is that the United States isn't taking on debt because it needs it. This country is so fucking powerful and trusted (in a fiduciary sense) that foreign countries and nationals are basically throwing money at the United States for free. The country is run like a business and any business is going to accept a 0.01% interest loan to help further its operations. These stupid liberals are so dumb and uninformed that they can't help but propagate this notion that the United States takes on debt because it needs it. It doesn't need the money. People just can't stop throwing money at it
>>1627102
If a country has limited credit then its debt matters.
If a country has unlimited credit then its debt doesn't matter.
For a country to have unlimited credit, it has to issue its own currency, and NOT fix the value of that currency to any other currency or commodity.
And even countries with unlimited credit only have unlimited credit in the currency they issue. Foreign currency debt (aka sovereign debt) always matters.
And when debt does matter, that doesn't necessarily mean that reducing it is always the best way to cope with it. Often the nation's better off making itself more productive so that it increases its ability to service the debt.

business plan is procrastination. It might be useful for bullshitting VC's and banks, but let's face it- if you're the sort of person that needs to make a plan and stick to it you're never going to survive in business.
Alright ladies and gents of /biz
I'm a 21 year old in Ontario, Canada.
My previous job was selling credit cards. I made an average of 40-50k/year (30-40k US). No degree, just straight up sales out of highschool.
Fast forward to today, I sued the company and we settled for 12k CAN. I'm now out of work and am looking for companies who pay good money.
Suggest some please and share your experiences.

Also, post your current age, job, and income
I'm getting myself into stocks as well. Was planning on creating my own hedge fund but thought I'm a little too unexperienced so I just invest on Investopedia. It's a good site
Hey /b/iz I'm stupid
>Took loan for $2,000
>Paid two months already
>I looked today and it says $1849
Is the $49 the interest?
>>1626939
hard to say without knowing the interest rate and how much you paid.
I am going to take a guess in that you pay 100 a month, then yes, that would be your current interest generated so far.
>>1626941
>Interest generated so far
Does that mean it's going to get bigger?
It's under $100 and I told them two years.
>>1626947
breh did you not get the intrest rate and minimum ayement info???
I'm writing a book that could be interpreted as being against Islam, and I want to publish it under a pseudonym.
That's easy enough. However, I also want to cover my tracks, and receive payments from my publishers anonymously. How would I be able to do this?
I was considering some kind of holding company that owns the rights to my book, but I'm not sure how to make that anonymous. It just adds a layer of protection.
I ask because I like money and don't want to be beheaded. We have so much in common, /biz/!

Is buying a franchise worth it? I understand this varies a lot depending on the business and it's location but I'm speaking more generally. How does buying a franchise stack up against other business options?
No. There are better opportunities elsewhere to put your money.

Simple.
Noob question, let's say I invest $2k today with half in Apple, and half in Tesla, buying shares of each and keep them for 20 years. Theoretically, how many years from now can I get my money back, and how much can I gain per year?
Probably nothing, since both will be penny stocks in 10 years
>>1626827
You shouldn't go 50/50. They're two different stocks. Apple pays a dividend, and Tesla is a growth stock with a lot of baggage right now. I would just invest the whole $2,000 in to Apple, and let it grow and set the dividends to reinvest. It's a much safer choice than Tesla. And also note, that $2,000 isn't much to invest. Even if you get a return of 3% a year, you will lose out to inflation and other factors. You should position yourself to invest in to this stock, and then continue adding addition funds to this investment. For example, 200$ a month every month for the next 20 years. Then you might see a return.
>>1626827
Don't invest into either. You'll see loses short term and sell as a noob. Apple is probably at its highest and Tesla too soon to tell. Go for something with dividends or better yet open a business
