Micro or macro ??
What college ?
*rubs hands*
I would be happy to give you many good pointers friend! But please give lots and lots of details about this venture.

macro
what colegge ????
I hate niggers.
How do I capitalise on this?
>>1629769
Profit off of niggers
Make up the newest nigger craze
>>1629769
Don't need to, just kys
I dont honestly hate niggers, I love hanging out with them at the stripclub
I just hate niggers that live near me, or in the same or adjunct zip code to me.
I'm working on getting a 15 year mortgage for 100k. How do I figure out what a fair fixed interest rate is? And what is a normal origination charge? The offer I have now is for 3.5% interest with about 2k in origination charges. Is that fair?
>>1629517
sounds like the norm
>>1629517
3.5% is high, you can get around near 3% if you have a good down payment
Think I paid near $2.3k in fees. Sounds about right for the interest. Try to get dat 20% down payment.

REEEEEEEEE
I'm in an existential crisis right now, and it makes me mad that there are people out there making much more that I could ever make without getting caught.
why be moral?
how do you cope?
>>1629128
Why is this kid talking to the media when his operation is illegal? He will absolutely end up in jail.
>>1629128
try r9k
>>1629128
...and I sit here making $27k/month legally.
Does that help your existential crisis?
Is Trump's economic plan any good?
I made this thread on /pol/ but they don't know dick about fiscal policy and they are more concerned with muh illegals.
>lowering taxes
>not lowering spending
>tariffs
Seems great
>I made this thread on /pol/ but they don't know dick about fiscal policy
Neither does /biz/
But lowering taxes whilst increasing spending at a time when Interest rates are rising (thus making borrowing more expensive) as well as ripping up every trade deal you're involved in is a pretty retarded move. Not to mention tariffs as if he's intentionally trying to instigate a trade/currency war. To me, it seems he's saying anything and everything that sounds good to the masses without having a fucking clue how a president operates. He's attempting Reagonomics 2.0 whilst failing to understand why it's not going to work this time. We're in a completely different paradigm.
>>1629852
But he is going to lower spending.
Is it autistic to put on my resume that I'm amongst the 0,01% fastest typists in the world ? (150+ average wpm on any website)
>>1629071
Yes, just list the wpm
serious answer: put it in
>>1629078
t. neet, i bet you think a resume must be 1 page long
any guides on how to improve typing speed? I never use my pinky fingers and rarely use ring which is a waste
Small business owner here, what's the safest methods of investment that would allow me to retire at 35 (I'm 20 right now and my business makes around £50k disposable income a year) What's a safe method of investment that would give me enough income to maintain a £1000/m lifestyle?
Right now I'm looking into stock brokers, but I'd rather something that paid dividends.
Also are there any books you would recommend /biz/?
Either keep reinvesting into your business or you could simply just dump into ETFs etc.
Mind saying what business you running?
>>1628565
I'll just state that it's a heavy lifting business that I could invest into, but doing this for 15 years would be exhausting to say the least, hence the planning for an early retirement.
>>1628556
no more than 30% in a single investment
gold and other precious metals, property, stock equity, cars, BTC
holding large amounts of liquid, govt. backed fiat is a bad idea
What do billionaires do all day

I've been trading gold on my simulator for a few months and I've had great success except for the election (I knew Trump would win but I thought it'd make the price go up). And I'm curious as to what I should do now so what are your gold plays and why?
>>1628172
Simulator.
Thinks live is the same.
Not worthy of greentext.
>>1628173
uhh you know simulators use real stocks and real prices right moron? The only difference is its not my own money
>>1628180
Go ahead then.
Go live.
Hmu when all your money is gone.
Simulators aren't real time.
How many hours do you work in an average week, /biz/?
22 yo and average 50-60
>>1627018
>used to work for a boss
>paid from 9.00 to 17.00
>effectively work from 08.30 to 22.00
>5 days a week, unless I'm forced to work in the weekend
>started for myself
>work from 10.00 to 17.15
>6 days a week, unless I have better things to do
>>1627030
Nobody complains when I'm late because I had to buy some chicken sandwiches.
If it's a sunny day for example I leave early to go drink in the sun.
It beats having a nagging boss on your ass who delegates all his work on you.
/pol/ claims to have memed Trump into Presidency, so I say we try and meme money into our lives.
Post pics of money and send energy.
Currency - current - electrical current - energy
Trump lives surrounded by gold.
Why?
Why are lots of electronics gold plated??
High conductivity of energy
Shadilay
This just showed up in my youtube suggestions.
I've never listened to this guy in my life
24K Magic.
24K Gold
Money is based off gold.
Money is energy. It makes people move. It gets thing done.
I want millions!!!!
Does /biz/ partake in whores?
Is it a worthwhile investment? Good way to blow off steam? Or a waste of money that only deepens despair?
I work hard and make okay money, but have basically given up on ever finding a wife. I'm considering just fucking escorts from time to time to meet my needs.
>>1626174
There are a lot of contagious diseases out there I think? Herpes, cold sores and mild stuff escalating in seriousness from there I guess has always been the problem.
>>1626174
I've done it a few times but always left feeling kind of pathetic and empty. I make six figures, so the money wasn't much of an issue, but I think I need more than just the physical pleasure to feel totally satisfied. I can't suspend reality enough during the act to pretend that the hooker is actually into me and that is a turn off. Also, I'm in the non-Nevada part of the US, so it is illegal, so that just adds to the nerves/unpleasantness of the situation. Still, I'm glad I've done it because at least I know it is not something I want to pursue any further.
>>1626174
I'm married and have a couple mistresses.
just seems more fulfilling. Plus I have women to do things with when I'm not fucking. Hookers are probably cheaper though.
Tell me /Biz/, whats your end game and what are doing to get there?
I'm switching my job from transport of goods to IT so I can find some clients to start a business on my own.
While I do that I'll focus on looking good and fkin20yo grills I bullshited my way into by telling them I gonna spend my hardearned money on them.
Simple really.
I'm in school so I can eventually move to a 40 hr/week job from my current 60 hr/week one and I'm investing all my saved income so I can have enough passive income to pay rent on a small bay/warehouse.
>>1625260
Joining military because I refuse to be a wageslave/don't want to get licensed or cfa'd. Use VA loans to buy multifam rentals, work for commercial nuclear plants after for big bucks or start a hydroponics business after. Achieve maximum sexual market value at around 30-35 years old, find optimal partner to mate with, have 3-6 children and create a wealthy dynasty to pass my net worth onto. Take pride in helping all children succeed/self actualize and prepare for their futures
What do you think when you see middle aged people doing minimum wage work?
>>1624264
That they failed in life somewhere?
Shit any time I see a middle aged person making less than 60k I try to take note of what they're doing/ have done, cause it's a failure and something I don't want to wind up joining them in.
