A lot of major car manufacturers are getting into the electric car biz (Toyota, Nissan, GM) so it wouldn't surprise me if Tesla can't hang. Also the GM Bolt will cost about as much as the new Tesla and GM already has a deal going on with Lyft in using the Bolt.

I openly criticise bad people in front of management, and bring up examples of fucked-up work.
So far, my efforts to make people do their fucking jobs properly have been pushed up the corporate chain, and come back down in a way that essentially formalises what I was doing. I don't think for a minute I caused any of it, but I'm just glad there are less messes I have to clean up.
Literally; I work in a warehouse. If someone's badly-packed glass bottle breaks, I have to clean it up. Leaking milk? Clean it up, nobody else is going to. Delivery van comes back awash in cheap booze? Guess who has to haul stuff out of it, rustle up someone to sort and swap out stuff that's been soaked, and then hose the van out? Yeah.

Otherwise, I find verbal abuse works well, but my workplace is unique in that we insult each other almost constantly in the name of banter. I don't think you can get away with telling your manager to fuck off anywhere else.

Dealing with a shitty manager has taken a unique turn, though. My efforts to get rid of her in fact inspired her to become a better manager and give in to my demands of giving me back my weekends. That was as long as I continued to do the job I'd snuck off to do in order to avoid the one I was hired to, so I won there.

But yes, server is where you host the website. Costs around $100 a year or more. Domain is just $10 a year. You'll probably want to go for offshore hosting if you're scamming. Prices are about the same.

You make it. Or you download a template. Or you hire a web designer and a copy writer comfortable with something this unethical.

Best bet would be find someone else doing btc scam. Use a tool like httrack to rip their site. Modify what you need to modify, then upload it to your server. Shouldn't take more than 2 hours if you know what you're doing. If you don't, it will take weeks or months.

The nice thing about business is that it doesn't matter as much as in other fields. Every degree which has something to do with money, finance and economics can be the right path towards your goal. It doesn't make a huge difference wether you go for an economics, business administration or accounting degree, unlike in fields like medicine, law or engineering where you need a certain degree to even get your foot into the door. Most jobs in business are avaible to you afterwards (banking, accounting, administration, marketing, ...).

What you should focus more on is personal improvement (make yourself valuable because of your skills and character, not because of a degree) and getting to know the right people. Join your universities finance club, maybe join a frat, talk with the other guys who study the same thing as you or have the same goals. Get to know people. And most importantly: INTERNSHIPS. You will never get a job at the bank you always wanted to work at if you didn't intern there. Why should they take you instead of the 20 other guys who worked for them already?

Also since you're in the US it's probably important to which university you went but in europe this barely matters so I have no advice for you on that.

There should be an obvious cash cow that will pay quickly and immediately. Most people get a regular day job for this one. You'all never get rich on it but hey - bread and butter.

Then, once that's handled, pick your first choice to swing for the fences and get set for lyyyyfe.

If that doesn't work out then you should still have a bunch of options to work through.

Ask people what they think about your products/services. Whichever one gets the best response you focus on. Others are put on the back burner. If you try to focus on all of them, they will be mediocre and fail.
