Two years ago, I took a job with a family friend right out of college as an estimator for a commercial window company. I would be the only full time Employee with one part time project manager, a secretary and a book keeper. I was really excited for the opportunity to get this job as it would give me oppurtunities to travel (our main area is NYC) and learn a lot.
Over the past two years it has been a struggle financially for the company. We still have enough work to keep busy, but the jobs are not huge. We moved offices to save roughly $800/month on rent and the project manager had retired (I took over his duties).
There are several reasons why I'm quitting. First, I was promised health insurance after 90 days. I'm only 22, so the agreement was for $15/week that I could give to my dad for being on his company insurance. I was also promised 2 raises, One after a year of working there and when I bough my house in March, he wrote down on the Mortgage papers that I would be receiving one in June. I never got a raise. Also, he is 52 years old. Assuming he retires at 70, that only gives me 18 years left to work here. 18 years I could grow at a company I know I can retire at.
I am also a little fed up that despite me not getting a raise, he has enough money to buy his 16 y.o. daughter a $16K mustang, pay for his other daughters college, and take his wife and daughters to horse shows all over the United States.
Its tricky because I do like my job, and despite all the things listed above my boss is a really good guy who really does care about me. My new job is only 4 days a week, so I plan offering to work on my day off and some nights.
I have the biggest pit in my stomach about giving my two weeks. I really need your help on how to go about this, 4chan.

She called me into her office later to confirm, I just said yeah, i'm leaving. They begged me to stay but that job sucked. My time was not worth it there.
If you're more confrontational, get a meeting with a manager and say you're leaving and these will be the last two weeks. Don't over think it. People quit all the time. You don't owe anyone there anything.

23yo guy working half time in Europe for 300€ a month and getting a master's degree in Political science.
What are my options? Thinking about learning Swedish or Mandarin. Or to learn programming. Or to really master my study field and eventually be an advisor. Or should i just look for a better full time job and not rely on the degree?

I just want a normie job that isn't mentally or physically stressful and pays at least $2,500 a month after taxes.
What should I do? I'm 22 years old and have been working in factories or distribution centers since I was 19. I'm tired of the 12 hour shifts, the stiff necks, the sore feet, the aching backs, etc.
What do I do with my life? I don't care about being rich or successful. I just want an easy job that can afford a small house, a fishing boat, and weekend fishing trips. $2,500/month would be minimum.
I was thinking of nursing as it pays good for a 2 year degree and I could work in a hospital for 3 days a week, but that would be extremely mentally stressful. Then I thought of getting my CDL and being a truck driver but then I'd hardly be home to go fishing.
What jobs do these redneck people have that somebody as stupid as them can do yet can afford brand new trucks and boats?

Are there any sources on the web where I can I find previous work done of full fundamental analysis on a certain company?
Usually when exploring a scientific topic I'm interested in I can find something in Google Scholar for example, but I can't seem to find anything similar for this topic.
I prefer academic / professional investment banking papers / reports if possible (a fundamental analysis done on a software company would be ideal).
I appreciate if you guys could point me to the right direction...

I own a business with the help of a business partner that pushes me.
I, however, lack drive and motivation. I have a Ritalin prescription that I take when I really need to get something done but don't like taking them all the time because it kills my appetite.
I don't want to rely on these pills because I know I can't take them forever. I feel like you can offer me $1 million dollars to grow my business and I'd be too lazy to do it.

They are a complete failure at protecting the environment at a cost of millions of jobs and billions of dollars. Why do you think that's a good plan?

Because the EPA puts regulations in place that ultimately cause energy prices to be higher.
EPA regulations are the main reasons the coal industry is doing poorly and a key reason why Trump won coal country.
Republicans want cheap energy for max profits.
Maybe we can loosen some of the regulations, but I think most of the regulations that the EPA has put into place are necessary in stopping some of these energy companies from trashing the environment.
I'm sure there are ways that companies can make money while still protecting the environment.
