HOW DO I KNOW IF IT WILL KEEP FALLING????
WTF

>>1645974
>HOW DO I KNOW IF IT WILL KEEP FALLING????
You don't. That's the point. You have to use your knowledge of the industry to make an educated decision.
Buy in bursts each drop if you lack the ability to preform simple research.
Are sales training courses worth it?
I am shy and no people skills. I want to start businesses. Will they work?
>>1645918
Sure will. I quit after 2 weeks selling windows because I didn't wanna lie to people. But it is a smart move. Especially if u can get paid training and kiss ass to the guys making a good living at it. Blindly do what they say. Kinda like hitting on chick's bro. Cockiness is a killer but confidence is key. Even if u gotta fake it like I do. Go for it
working with customers is the shittiest job on the planet
for every good one you will get dozens of morons
Are there any different systems or types of courses about?
I've got good social skills, loads of friends, but suck SUCK at getting people to give me money for stuff.
The more I read, the more I get the vibe that salesmanship and deal-making are two sides of the same coin. That if you're good at negotiating, you're good at sales, vice versa. True?
I'm about to start up a small business selling intangible goods, what kind of sales-skills should I be upskilling first? Where do I find resources to learn them?

I'm applying for a job at my local university, but I'm not sure how to work out the hours and wages
1. 0.7FTE (for the hours)
2. It's "£19,813 to £23,881 per annum pro rata"
Not sure how the pro-rata works out, or what 0.7FTE means.
It's just confusing because I've never come across it before, most jobs I've had just plainly say "40 hours per week" or whatever like that.
I think it stands for Full Time Equivalent. 0.1 is half a day, so .7 would be 3.5 days.
>>1645694
3.5 days a week?
>>1645680
FTE of 1 is a full year... To be specific 2080 hours, so just wing it and call it a 2000 hours.
A FTE of .7 would be approximately 1400 hours.
Since it would be an academic year sort of thing which will equate to the salary range that you've indicated to be at .7 rate during one full year.
I'm currently an academic staff and my FTE is .8 so what I do is the following...
My base pay is at the full FTE rate of 1 so what that means is during the month I don't work so I don't get paid and all. I budget my income into yearly / equal monthly pay of...
((BasePay * 12) * 0.8) / 12 = Actual AvgMonthlyPay and I budget my entire budget around that number so I'm not fucked during the summer and what not.
Now your workplace could offer Direct Rate pay or 10 / 12 months pay depending on how they structure their pay to staff who aren't FTE.
YMMV
Since India is going to be an economic powerhouse in 20-50 years, how do I tap into the market early so I can retire a multi-millionaire?
The only thing I can think of are Indian ETFs.
buy LOO-shares
>>1645664
you realise in hotling bling drake actually uses a few bollywood dance moves?
You know the recent demonetization move by the govt. Right ? Most rating agencies have cut India's rating for this year and next.
Idk about 50 but I keep hearing all experts reiterate that India's economy has strong fundamentals maybe coz of their ability and habit of saving and investing.
Buy real estate in tier 2 cities if you can idk about ETFs
The major difference between monopoly and monopolistic competition is:
a. P > MR for a monopolist, whereas P= MR for a monopolistically competitive firm
b. A monopolist can earn pure profit in the long run, whereas a monopolistically competitive firm cannot
c. A monopolist produces the same output in both the short run and in the long run, whereas a monopolistically competitive firm produces less in the short run than in the long run
d. A monopolist has monopoly power, whereas a monopolistically competitive firm does not
Do your own fucking homework.

D
Monopolistic competition is when the products aren't perfectly substituted, Coca Cola has a monopoly in Coke and Pepsi has a monopoly in Pepsi, but none of them have a monopoly in soft drinks.
I just went $250 into overdraft to buy cigarettes, how fucked am I?

Does anyone know of a site or program where I can make custom supply and demand charts such as this one? I have a Economics project due soon and I don't want to have to spend hours drawing the graphs perfectly by hand.

I enjoy reading your updates, even though I don't entirely agree with your conclusions. Keep up the good work
I kinda see what you are doing but people have been predicting a "storm" for a while.
Eventually, one person will get lucky by saying "next tuesday will be THE DAY" and it will happen.
I personally believe it is a more gradual, long term unwinding that started about a 10 - 15 years ago. Basically the west borrowed more than it should of to please the electorate and is now unable to repay its debts. Pensions are now a Ponzi scheme.
The first domino will fall but we will not notice until the momentum has gained.

You forgot to add flames to the picture.
If you don't own $LAND or at least some kind of REIT you are pretty much cucking you self out of easy gains
>>1645560
can you rec any good beginner books or resources on the subject
Land and real estate is for suckers. You buy from firms that possess a great deal more knowledge of the market than you and they are SELLING. If your purchase was going to be worth more in the future they would not be selling it but offering to buy.
