I want to start a business. Please all of you pool your knowledge together and plant all of your wisdom seeds inside of me:0

I want to flip motorcycles to earn the capital for ecommerce. Then to create websites so I don't have to pay amazon. After I've made 150k, I buy a house near a college and rent it out to students (cosign parents). Then when I've made 500k profit after about 5 years, buy a big house by the beach (maybe in florida) and rent it out to vacationers for at least $5000 a night, maybe even $10,000 if I can get away with it so I can pay off the house within 2-3 years.

I don't want to get into debt ever. I want to be my own boss before 2018. sell my first house by 2020. Vacation home by 2022. Before I pay my self however, I'd put the profits into IRAs so I have a backup if things go south and lose all my business. I'll have emergancy business funds incase of trouble.

Is it okay if I move my parents into my vacation home to retire? Has anyone who became rich paid off their parents debt?

I wouldn't buy houses to live in myself, or new car because I'm not interested in looking rich. Especially incase of gold diggers. But I'd live in a condo or something.

So, out of curiosity, I looked up median household income for my state (Oregon). Me and my g/f collectively make 67k per year, median household income is 54k. Does this mean we are considered middle class by Oregon standards? Is median income a good gauge of what is considered middle class in your state?

No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform. -- (also learn difference between LIMIT and MARKET orders!!!)

thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want a 2nd account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using stockcharts.com, finviz, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

I have a really common name. Similar to "John Smith" - I found 4 people my age and ethnicity that graduated high school the same years as I did. These 4 people have basic degrees such as Communications and Business Administration.

Just to try it out, I pretended to be an employer and called X University to confirm that "John Smith" has a degree from there. They said yes, he graduated on X year and attended between Y year and X year.

I went to a town over and applied and said I graduated from X University and have a Bachelors in the basic degree this guy has. I used my actual references and current employer reference. I did not list a social security anywhere or anything like that. I had 2 interviews and was offered a role at a shit logistics company for $62k/yr. About 6k more than I make now. I pussed out and turned it down. They offered me 70k a year.

I am very much considering falsifying my education to work a nicer job while I attend a university and actually get a degree and go work somewhere. I wont be applying at top companies and plan to lay low and not try to seek out promotions.

It cant be as simple as using a matching name as someone else who actually got a degree, right?
