Is there anything better to trade with than using moving average crossovers? I've wasted thousands of dollars chasing a dead end strategy.
Please no memes here. Serious discussion preferred. Although I entirely expect people calling me a retard, so thats ok.

Learn Price Action and Volume Spread Analysis, technical indicators are usually a waste of time since they are based on Moving Averages...

okay biz, i've got two questions for you.
first one is, if i were to claim income that wasnt taxed that i made like 2 or 4 years ago and included it on my taxes, would that be tax fraud?
second im on ssdi and id like to find a way to increase my benefits, this year is the lowest grossing year yet between untaxed income and taxed income with it averaging around 6-7k. i currently recieve a benifit amount of $824.90. how much would the earned income from this year make it go up?
pic related: the most ive made in one paycheck this year.
I'm no expert, but I reckon it's a lie if you say you made money in 2016 that you actually made in 2012. It's common sense. Also, if it's untaxed, was it under the table or how did that even work?
I'll wait on someone else for ssdi, but if you want more money and you're not physically or mentally prevented with serious illness, getting an actual job is probably the best way to do it. Plenty of people who get a handout actually suffer more for it because they let their work ethic atrophy and interpersonal skills die. If this is you, you're not going to find any easy ways out anymore.
Good luck.
thanks anon for the advice but you have to understand, back in 2012 i was unaware of the concept of filing taxes completely. my parents never taught me how to and neither did my teachers. so i basically went until like 2014 without filing taxes. the only money i can recall making in 2012 was $900 for a car my grandpa gave to me as a graduation gift, and like $91 for trading in an ipod to gamestop. i also made like $300 doing some stuff for a friend of my dads in 2011. and honestly this would be a pretty dumbass way to "cheat" the system. because you have to pay taxes on all that income still. after saying that, i still am going to do it though because im an honest person at heart and i just want to make things right with the government.
also id be including like 14 worth of 2014 ebay sales as well.

also my condition isnt that bad,its schizophrinia but once every 2 weeks or so ill get these episodes where ill be staring upwards and getting all confused and i just cant function half ass worth a shit.
Say I win the lottery, ~200 million dollars, what are the first things I would do to build a long-term (as in multiple lifetimes) fortune and economic security to prevent Lottery Winners Syndrome (going broke fast).
Does it change with a much lower amount (1-5 million?)

Sup guys.
Going to uni next year, not sure what to study tho.

Well anon, I would say you're the prime example of somebody who should spend at least a year traveling and working before university. If you're going just "for the experience" with no real passion for the subject or plans for after graduation then you're about to waste three years and a hell of a lot of money.

No, I'm not.

What are you interested in? University is a major drag if your heart isn't in it. It'll be much easier and more successful if you do something you like.
Get a list of available studies, then throw out everything you'd rather be caught dead than perform for the rest of your life. From the rest compile a shortlist of things that are both somewhat interesting and somewhat profitable.
Wait for the new term/semester, go the online course book and pick one or two basic lectures for each remaining study. Protip: Pick ones that are either renowned as difficult or sound boring to you. Then go there and sit in the back of lectur halls for ideally the second or third week in the semester. In the end you'll know which studies ignite your passions and which are actually insufferable. Maybe talk with some people while you're there to get a read on what it's actually like studying (how's the community? how's the homework? etc)

I remember this guy from T3 trading I had messaged was being an asshole. I told him I didn't want to work for a Jew-talian like him anyway. Fuck that guy.

Anyone that wants you to commit nominal risk capital is playing you. If they can't make a bet that their training gives them a positive expectation and pay you slightly less than that, then they're a garbage shop, and they can go and shove it.
I think you dodged a bullet desu.
