How the fuck am I supposed to launch a website when every single .com domain name is taken?
Is it worth using another top level domain like .shop or .store?
>>1731194
Youre mentally challenged if you think every .com is taken. I registered my families LAST fucking NAME on .com and its a 5 letter fucking word.
You need to grow up
Just gotta get creative. And no you don't want anything but .com
I got this one a few years back: www.sidesinspace.com
>>1731212
Depends what the website is. If it's specific to a country then you can use that country's TLD like .com.au for Aus and .co.nz for NZ.
If it's worldwide then yeah .com is the best.
Can we get a resume critique thread?
Just put this one together today.
But the technical college on top of high school. What are you learning there?
Don't put a "Career Goal", you don't have a career
Don't put the Navy if you got kicked out after a month. Pretend it never happened
You write your resume based on where you are applying.
Work history first, education last.
Career goal should be called summary and should be something based on where you are applying such as "seeking an entry level position creating food at x store" where I can develop my skills as a sandwich artist.
Don't have a section called personal details. Just put your name up top as the biggest font, then under it, put your address, phone, and email, and then put a big line under it to separate from the rest of the resume.

Formatting needs work. See if you can find the Mergers & Inquisitions resume template. That's a really solid, really sleek template for people in any industry (not just (((Finance))) ).
See pic - this is mine. It's a really solid format, and adequately hypes me up. Also, when describing experience, always use active verbs

Coke is just intuition.... yeah
Google is racing ahead for several huge technologies that it will have a near monopoly of if they develop it first. They will be bigger in the future once just one of these is realized.
Starbucks has just invented such a huge multiple-generation spanning devotions in people. I worked there for year and met people of every age and life style were coming atleast once a day. Some had been coming for decades, some only a couple of years, but once they started I've never personally seen or heard someone stop. They are a very innovative company that has the corner on a cheap, somewhat good cafe that gives off a classy air. Hell, they have the near monopoly on espresso as it is, and people of every age love espresso drinks.
Homedepot has been another innovative company that has always managed to stay relevant, I really trust that they will still only be competing with Lowe's for decades into the future because they've split the market.

You waste more profits on car insurance.
You waste more profits on home/renters insurance.
This is prophet insurance.
Whole different ball of wax.
>>1731152
and how exactly does profit differ from prophet insurance?
Fuck a bachelor degree.
I have a High School degree and I'll be rich !!!!
>>1731028
it's possible but statistically unlikely. About 80% of millionaires have a college degree. More if we only count people that didn't inherit their money.
Personally I know more millionaires with only high school than with degrees.
you'll be rich with TRUMP coin thats for sure
About how much capital would you need to pull a Hunt Brothers style pump and dump on the modern silver market? And if possible, would it be possible to do on a small scale for hundreds of thousands instead of billions?
>>1731011
Not interested.
Buy silver and insure your prophets.
The rest is just collectivists jerking off to the sound of their own voices.
>>1731034
It don't really matter if you're interested, I am requesting information.
>>1731011
the only reason they could do what they did is they bought on margin. That's no longer allowed.
so what cost them billions of dollars would now cost you trillions. There's no way you could do it.
>hundreds of thousands
lol
>TLDR: How do I get a coworker fired/ to work more
I have reports showing:
>Employee A completes 10 tasks in 40 hours a week.
>Employee B completes 20 tasks in 20 hours a week, they're part time
So Employee A literally works at 25% the pace of Employee B.
>PROBLEM:
Employee A is their managers buddy, and the manager lets Employee A get away with anything.
So do I try to confront my boss about this with the quantifiable evidence (reports), OR write some grandiose email to HR about nepotism and time-theft and attach the reports for them to draw their own conclusions?
>BONUS: Employee C and D also regularly perform at 2-3x the efficiency of Employee A, and would both corroborate my concerns of time theft. Employee A can be documented on reports and cameras clocking in at 730am, but not working until after 11am. Also, stopping work in the afternoon and not clocking out until the evening.
Why would you want to make someone homeless Anon? Hit on a girl you liked at work?
>>1731004
the thing you don't realize is that the less productive employee is still profitable, meaning the excess done by the more productive employee is just a bonus.
also firing the less productive employee doesn't mean they'll be replaced with a more productive one. Usually you'll get a less productive one, and when you figure up the cost of firing one and hiring/training someone to replace them there's no way it's more profitable to fire them. In fact the less productive employee is likely to be promoted to a supervisory position where productivity doesn't matter, while the more productive employee will be passed up for promotion because they're too valuable in their production to lose.
your best bet is not to worry about what other people do. And if you insist on doing more work than others you should consider going into contracting or consulting where you'll be paid by how much you produce rather than how long it takes you to produce it.
>>1731019
I would love to not worry about what others do - and typically don't. But Employee A spends all that extra down time literally finding shit to do so that she can try to delegate to the rest of us. She's lateral to me in organization, but due to her relationship with my boss she's like manager surrogate.
She relishes in creating work, and they trying to get someone else to do it.

I've been thinking about this subject for a while, and I have a few questions.
1. Is mining worth doing? Is there a reasonable way to make it profitable?
2. Can you reliably make money from them? Can you predict the currencies values or is it just random?
3. What is the best cryptocurrency to invest in?
Lurk more newfriend
The answer to all three questions is no
>>1730785
>1. Is mining worth doing? Is there a reasonable way to make it profitable?
not bitcoin, but for other cryptos on a very large scale, so mostly, no
>2. Can you reliably make money from them?
Can you predict the currencies values or is it just random?
these coins right now are 99% speculation, whereas bitcoin is maybe 80%. it's mainly a bet against fiat.
>3. What is the best cryptocurrency to invest in?
https://coinmarketcap.com/ i have no clue lol, but i am bagholding bitcoin, LTC, and etc

So Im a long term trader. Ive had great success being a long term trader and whenever im down in red I wait till I get back in green because i invest in blue chip stocks. Anyways, I bought netflix in low 100's and now Im up about 3k. Their earnings are coming up on wednesday and not sure if i should sell and then wait for it to drop low 100s or even sub 100 in the next couple of months and buy or if i should just hold. Does anyone have any idea how their quarter results will be? Need some solid advice. The stock is at its highest its ever been which to me is a red flag to sell and wait for it to drop and buy back again. Thankls
>>1730771
Just put in a stop loss and maintain it regularly. You will not regret taking a gain as much as you regret taking a loss.
>>1730771
You can sell some and if it drops (and you think long term the stock will go up) then buy some on the dip.
