How much do doctors cost?
New Years Day 2015 was the tipping point for causing me to hate myself so much, that I spent most of the entire year of 2015 hitting myself in the head. Either slapping with my hands, or hitting myself with a remote control, or a keyboard or whatever was handy. The hitting was various degrees of intensity, but one day when hit myself with about the strength of a mild lovetap on the side of my head, my right ear started ringing DRAMATICALLY, and I was sincerely scared I would go deaf in my right ear for life. It lasted atleast a minute. Maybe 5 or 7. I always knew the habit of self-hitting was bad, and tried to resist it as a habit, but that scared me straight. (I think this was September 2015). I spent the rest of 2015 and 2016 and current year not hitting myself.
Since that incident, and random moments, EITHER of my ears will randomly will start ringing, for just a seconds for no reason, and then stop for no reason.
There is small indentation on my skull, that is inconsistent with the other half of my skull.
A few weeks ago I've noticed that when I go to sleep on my left or right side (as opposed to sleeping while facing up) my left or right eye feels like it was squeezed all night. I spend my whole life sleeping on my sides and at age 22, I'm recently out of college and looking for jobs.
Since my parents are convinced that it's absolutely nothing worth worrying about, or atleast but later, always later, later, later, and when later comes, still later, I want to know how much a basic examination would cost to get my skull checked.

I was arguing with a friend today about how universities in Britain should be able to choose their Fee's instead of being capped at 9k, as this would increase competition and allow worse uni's to lower their prices, But he wouldn't accept that it and insisted they would all raise their price to the moon. Who's right here?

9k a year is a flat rate that all university students have to pay regardless of the course they are doing. University fees were introduced by the government in the late 90s, It is only they who can decide if they can go up. The 9k per student that a university receives, roughly covers about half of their necessary funding, the university has to find the rest through other sources.

From this, I could determine that the four year cost of U.K. university is 36k pounds or about 45k dollars. In the U.S., from my experience, you could get the first two years at a community college for about 7k total. The last two years at a state school could cost 40k for a grand total of 47k.
The prices are about the same, but it is important to remember that this education path (in the U.S.) is one of the cheaper options. The cost for a four year private university could run up to 200k without financial aid and much less if you are super poor or very meritorious.

this is a simple and small-scale market manipulation.
first to note, I live in a country where online business is not taxed properly.
1. I find a worldwide famous legendary author.
2. search top 20 online shopping websites and looking for his/her signed books or any authentic item belong to this author with a signature on it.
3. I buy all of these items from everywhere.
4. now there is no similar item being sold on the internet.
5. I wait couple months to see if any new seller uploads similar item. if it happens I buy it too. if not I know I'm the only one who wants to sell these items.
6. Now I can set any price I want. I start selling these items one by one with higher prices.
how to choose which author? he/she must be someone who is historic, so that I can know there will be always demand for his/her name. but at the same his stuff must be priced for hundreds or several thousands dollars in the first place. also their numbers must be limited.
my english is not good. I hope some of you can also make money by this method.

My immediate thought is that you're advertising in the wrong place. Yes, Facebook is relevant to businesses, but it seems that you are trying to advertise b2b in a b2c advertisement market.
The vast majority of facebook users are individual consumers to whom that ad is not going to be relevant, so click through and conversion rates are going to be very -very- low.

A dude I know started a "brain-wave" controlling device on Kickstarter. Then he got suspended you know because it is snake oil. Then he moved to Indiegogo and raised fucking $60,000 dollars.
