yeah i got $50 total, he pays no problem. i assume only problems when i have the money is that its illegal money or refunds.

Plent of people take out loans from friends and family (aka accept their deposits in return for a promise of interest payments) and do whatever they want with the money. And it's perfectly legal.
On a more general note your argument is like saying, "Why is it legal for doctors to administer heroin whenever they see fit, but it's illegal if I try to do it?"

I think OP is being deliberately vague. He is either being political and wanting to talk about the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 or the Securities Act of 1933. I haven't looked at this stuff in a while, so it is not fresh in my mind.

Hi anons, I'm about halfway done with college but I have to declare my major next sem.
The problem is that I don't know what to shoot for and if it's worth my time.

Pharm is a go-nowhere job. You'll max out on pay and responsibility in your first year.
Also, you'll need big math for CS so if you don't like that, stay away.
And being a doctor certainly isn't what it used to be either. Radiology has been outsourced to India in many cases, so I'd stay away from that.
Get into anesthesiology, that's the way to go.

It's a technical project, so someone with technical skills in unity (C#) and basic electronic/hardware principles. An engineer. No it's not a "video game" if that's what you guys are thinking.
