I need 1% ROI after taxes and expenses a week to become rich. Is that so much to ask for? Hundreds of stocks a day increase >1% in price.

I need a way of identifying which stocks will spike or/and catch the momentum.

Please share with my methods of stock trading that will earn >1% a week. Join me on this ride boyo's

That's probably one paycheck. Not everyone is autistic enough to go into the bank the day after payday and move the money to a brokerage every week.

Give me ONE good reason why I shouldn't take out 100k in loans from Sallie Mae for "school", live off of 10k/yearly for 10 years and then kill myself when the money runs out.

Because you could go to trade school for free, make bank and not kill yourself for a measly 10k a year
>>

Why not save time and kill yourself now?
>>
>>1791270
Because actually becoming something and living off much more than 10k a year is infinitely superior.

Is law school worth it if I go to a top 14 school with a full ride? Or should I just continue pursuing a career in IB?

I feel IB salaries aren't what they used to be. I don't hear about anyone making 6 figures in their first year anymore. Big banks know they don't have to pay kids a lot (even if they could -- banks are having a tough time regardless of what their quarterlies say), and botiques rarely paid 6 figures to begin with.

I'm thinking about memeing the system and becoming an M&A lawyer. That way I work less and get paid by the hour, rather than being a slave for 100hr/week for a fixed salary and unknown bonus.

Trump is dismantling Dodd Frank and deregulating the industry. Staying on the IB path may be worth while to ride the new wave of growth.

>m&a lawyer
>not working 100+ hours a week on weeks when deals are on the table

Pick one.

Also, what'd you make on the LSAT and how many people do you actually know in the investment banking business? Those two answers should dictate what direction you take.
>>
Law school is only worth it if you have family in already in law.

Otherwise, you're going to be working your ass off for peanuts as you pay off your massive debt as you watch the boss at every firm you're in bring in his fresh out of school son on as a partner.

Why do these people not understand economics?

>Corporations are taking over the world

Corporations give campaign contributions so candidates run ads. They CAN'T force the public to vote for these candidates. Just because people don't use their heads when voting doesn't mean business owns government.

>Third world countries are taking our jobs

It is more efficient to outsource jobs because products can be made cheaper in foreign countries. Everyone laid of can get other jobs or try to get skills that Ooga Booga doesn't have. This drives prices down and gives people incentives to gain valuable skills.

>Financial markets are a fraud

Even if you can't understand something, it still may be important. Sargoy on a justice democrats stream suggested to Kulinski that company stock should be given to workers and capital should be raised by crowdfunding. In others words, the workers should be given ownership of the means of production (remember! stock is OWNING part of the company) and people should donate money to companies they support (because that is definitely a sustainable way to raise millions of dollars).

Also, financial markets are not just a form a legal gambling. Sure, they could be used that way, but their primary purpose is for raising capital and mitigating risk.

>Free trade is detrimental of the working class

Does it make sense to put trade barriers between countries, yet not between individual U.S. states? Trade barriers between states in the early Union are exactly what paralyzed it. Then the barriers are abolished, the U.S. fights for global trade (threatening Japan until they opened trade), and we become a world power. But free trade is obviously horrible! How dare you suggest that poor John Smith should have to compete with Ooga Booga for shekels! Have you no heart?

>Muh regulations, minimum wage, free health care, progressive taxation, excessive immigration, rich oppression!!!

The list goes on. Go read an economics book already.

> Not sure if you actually spend time thinking and writing this out or if you just wrote bullshit in an attempt to be a troll - either way I'm responding, so I guess you win?

All of your ideas, thoughts, feelings, intuitions, opinions, conjectures, and beliefs are retarded. I'm not sure if you, personally, consider yourself a smart or clever individual. Maybe you're on the fence about that at this point in your life? Regardless, I'm going to make this very clear: you sir, are an idiot. I'm not saying this to hurt you. My sincerest wish is that - in the future - you type out a post and then simply read it. After reading it you call to mind this very response and delete everything you wrote, because it assuredly will not be worthwhile.

>They CAN'T force the public to vote for these candidates

There were more candidates than two in the murican elections, but anyone cared for them? No, because they didn't get support from the corporations.

Hey guys,

I've posted here in the last few days. I've decided to go and purchase 5 bitcoins this week for $7000+ AUD. Is there anything I should know before hand? I told my mum that in a few years, one bitcoin could go up $1000 every year and I've sort of deduced that Bitcoin will probably the main way we sort of pay on the Net, or through a currency like it.

After that I have another $7000, I'd like to invest. I am basically looking to invest for my children if I have any.

Not sure if this is the best place to go, but

Is it possible to actually earn money from online surveys?
Are there any websites that are trust worthy to do so?

Let's say I probably just fucked up, and I need to get some money fast to, at least, keep me afloat for a couple of months, while I find a real job.

What can I do?

You will earn too little and typically in form of good goy points you can maybe trade for a gift card to a store or something.

Depends on your goals.
Always have 6 months worth of expenses saved, after that you can save to buy a car/house or invest that money in stocks/mutual funds and let it grow.

My employer has a pretty crappy pay raise system that has to be adhered to. It works like this for year-end reviews:
>Below expectation: 1% pay increase
>Meets expectation: 3% pay increase
>Above expectation: 5% pay increase
Yearly bonuses are typically around 10% of year salary.

In 2016, I received a promotion mid-year and got bumped up 5%. At the end of 2016, I received an additional 4% pay increase. Not too shabby, and I'm getting paid out my annual bonus on Feb 14th.

But I was thinking about everyone else at the company that gets a meets or below expectation rating. Sure they are getting a raise USD-wise, but their value is either maintaining or being paid less with each year.

Assuming wagecucks also get raise increase like this, aren't they actual just making the same or less each year?

Average inflation is like 3% a year, so average employees keep up, the losers lag behind and the golden child nepotists that play golf with the boss on the weekends actually get a pay raise.

Pretty standard, it's fair, I think. Better than just firing you and outsourcing your job, in any case.

My pay raise mostly follows inflation.
>>
>>1793041

>3% per year

Kek

Inflation has essentially been non existent for the past decade
>>
The fed measures inflation around 2% and they've tried to keep it that way. Some people claim it's higher maybe even substantially higher because of shady banking practices that have created huge quantities of dollars. At 5% a year though it's safe to assume you're getting ahead in all scenarios that don't involve an economic apocalypse.
