What's the best/most cost-effective way to advertise a new online marketplace. Twitter/Facebook ads are running me $0.15 - $0.20 per click. Anyone tried reddit or 4chan ads? Is the ROI worth it to pay a blogger for content? What other platforms/channels should I be looking at?

My parents and I are looking to move from CA to ID. Currently, I have a cashier job at the grocery chain Albertson's. It looks like there is an Albertson's up in the area my parents are considering moving to. I'm currently getting paid $11/hr in CA and have been working for them for about a year. If I move to ID, will it drop all the way down to ID's minimum wage ($7.25)? Or would it only drop like 10%? Stay the same at $11? Albertson's is a Union employer so l feel like they wouldn't just drop me down to ID's minimum wage.

hey /biz chances of etf going through? going through tommorow? also what's the best way to put my money in, and take it out if it tanks i.e. exchange, coinbase sucks for fees, and i don't have much time to register..
