Twitter failed because nobody even sees the adverts. They also peaked at launch, their entire service was complete from the start and had no growth potential

Snapchat is a good investment. I'm convinced of that. It allows people to get close to celebrities in ways that facebook and twitter can't manage. It's also fun to use and people feel encouraged to post stories for their fans, unlike facebook.

If you want to map the progress, it'll fall for the next few months and explode before the 2018 election. that election will kill new media/social media and the recession will start off the back of data/ad bubble finally popping. I'd buy now and sell in 2019..
