I'm working around 40 hours a week as a developer. Work out 3 times a week and sleep 7-8 hours a night.
Recently I've been inspired by a friend and certain "hustle" speakers to work more on myself and my skills. I have many ideas I want to implement and things to study to get better in my free time.
Currently pulling 1-2 hours a day after work or working out of coding/studying and so far its been satisfying but how do I NOT GET FUCKING TIRED?
I'm 22 and in the best shape and health of my life, why is it that by 7-8 pm I am already so tired its painful to sit and watch my screen to code?
How do you "hustlers" handle this aspect?

Coding day and night IS exhausting. You need to find a hustle outside of just monitors and keyboards.
I'm into real estate and working on starting to flip houses in my area.
It's also a good diversification. You need to build other skills.

Here to give you guys some insider advice. Nintendo stock is going to moon late 2017/early 2018. You don't need to buy it for a few months but just keep this in mind.
Forget the Nintendo Switch, we have dozens of mobile games with immensely popular Nintendo IP that are set to launch later this year. We believe many of these will see success comparable to that of Pokemon GO. The Smash Bros mobile game is anticipated to even surpass that of Pokemon GO, giving anyone with an Android or iOS device the ability to play Smash Bros across wifi.
Many of these games will be free/low price with profit largely expected to come from in game ads and micro-transactions. As a follow up to their NES classic, official Game Boy/GBA will also be launched. Major titles will be for sale from day 1. Nintendo hopes to continue profiting off nostalgia, while also marketing old titles to younger kids who grew up on mobile games.
The Switch will likely tank the stock price temporarily, when it does buy in. I'm giving you guys this info because you made me a lot of money making me aware of eth back during the ICO.

Honestly, who the fuck is going to be buying on the run up to 13k? Certainly not the NEETS of /biz/ and if no one (or relatively few) are buying then how is it reaching 13k? Why do you think there are still sweatshops in Bangladesh (and the US) where women still sew your cheap clothes on old sewing machines when that process could have been automated a long time ago? In heavy industry, factories have gone from employing 10,000 employees to employing 1,000 while producing twice the output.

For me, I started my /biz/ in November and have had a few successes.

For me, it started with hating to work for nearly any other company. I wake up every day and feel overwhelmingly excited to work on my business FOR ME.
Its saturated as hell, but I'm finding truth in advice I've heard that if you're simply better you'll get business. Made a few grand so far, and I've only been part time into it.

I have been doing a handyman side hustle and will probably have to do that full time soon as I think he is done flipping after this house. Biggest challenges are focusing on a path to take and also capital. I would like to start buying and renting houses but the person I know who could front money toward it can probably only afford one house and that won't draw much of an income split down the middle. I am always trying to think of a low cost startup that I could have a specialty in preferably something with a low skill labor that I could hire employees and I could just manage.
