I work in sales. I get some commissions paid on a prepaid debit card. I can only withdraw a couple hundred per day at an ATM per the Visa cardholder agreement. I have nearly $10k on this thing...how do I transfer that shit into savings? Can I get a cash advance against the balance without huge fees?
