tl;dr tell me how to incorporate in Oregon, USA
I'm looking to start a small peer-to-peer desktop game/app and support it with advertising. I can manage the advertising and development details myself, though advice is always welcome, but I'm not looking forward to getting sued for all my shekels if something goes wrong. I did some research and decided that incorporating into a LLC would be my best move. Again, advice graciously accepted. The tl;dr says it all - the whole LLC registration is so overwhelming and the government sites don't exactly match with what they claim the requirements are. I can scrape together a few hundred pretty easily but I'd rather ask the successful entrepreneurs of this wonderful site before I try hiring someone to walk me through it. Would anyone be willing to help?

No worries. I'm a lawyer and that's what I did when I was first helping people incorporate (along with other things). Now I charge people $300 for what I learned from a book from the library.

I was actually planning on this, I bookmarked BTC on a whim a few months back, expecting it to drop at least a hundred and I would buy at least half of one, was surprised at its spike. I would recommend something else. Not that dropshipping is terrible but there's a lot to learn and you'll likely lose a lot before you have it figured out well. It's also becoming incredibly oversaturated as many people who search, "make money online" and look for a bit will eventually come across the term and delve into it. At any rate, best of luck anon

I think they're worth 20-25 satoshis, which means your whole hoard is about 2 BTC.

So I found a couple sellers on taobao (the chinese bay equivalent, full of fake shit) that actually sell really good quality hypebeast clothes at cheap prices (5$-15$), they would usually sell for 60$-200$+, I have an idea of ordering a bunch and creating a website to sell them. I want to advertise it on instagram by getting somebody to spam messages inviting hypebeast/fashun kids to come check out my company...
Is this a shit idea?
They have both fakes of popular brands and clothes with no branding, do you think i can get away with selling fakes or should i stick to unbranded shit?
Appreciate any advice.

I think it would definitely be flooded in the us but I am in Switzerland, there is much less competition here and people are just starting to get into hypebeast culture because of supreme paris, I plan on trying to make sales mainly by spamming people that follow instafamous french/german hypebeasts... I'm wondering if instagram would immediately ban bots? And I don't know shit about programming, how hard would it be? could I pay a university student in computer science a couple hundred to do it for me or is it more complicated? Hey, señor diiickhead!! That's my screenshot. I posted this in the morning, thread is still alive, actually.
I was sitting, clicking 'Buy Max' on my Desktop, waiting for it to go down to around 50. Bought at 51.80 - literally 7 minutes later, it goes to 35.50 or whatever for only one minute.
I was literally sitting there tapping 'Buy Max' 30 times a minute for almost three hours, waiting. Fucked myself good. I put in 2,500 - got 47ETH and change. Had I kept going, I would've caught that dip at 35. Would have been about 70 ETH.

I know it is usually best to not invest until out of debt. should I use my debt payments of 600$ a month towards a 2000$ debt be put on hold and buy some etherum?

What's so bad about putting $5000 into a bunch of the top cryptos and basically sell the peaks and buy the dips instead of dumping it all into the current hypetrain?
I just made a nice return on XMR but I had to basically put all my cash in there and had to hold it for months. If I had split my risk among other cryptos, I think I would have seen more gains.
