What would /biz/ do with a square km / mile of land + $100k cash?
(rural / countryside)

There's this land being sold at a ridiculously low price

($140 per square km / $350 per square mile)

and I want to set up some kind of business

exclusive rural, small, quiet, 5 star resort getaway

its a shit idea but its all i got
>>
>>1901212
actually maybe some kind of a farm or factory would be more profitable, hard to say given we dont know anything about where the land is, what country its in, and how the weather is etc
>>
>>1901213
this is in Australia, but I'm sure there's rural land across Asia and Africa for similar prices

yeah I was reading about farming but apparently its very hard to be profitable for a long period of time
a factory wouldn't be ideal cus China / Bangladesh

This board is filled with digital money threads. Your all fucking stupid. Untill major retail stores have a bitcoin or what ever option to purchase shit its worthless. The plug can be pulled anytime on it, just wait until theirs a huge story connecting digital currency to human trafficking or somthing like silkroad but bigger their will be tons of regulations and it just wont work anymore

You could've at least tried to come up with something better than that. There's plenty of reasons cryptos are fucking trash but you mentioned about none.

Ark is basically a better version of this.

Shifts Faqs on how to setup mode compared to ark Faqs is obnoxious. The entire shiftnrg.nl site is stupid and the coin already pumped.

>>

not even close. ARK and SHIFT are very different technologies.
>The entire shiftnrg.nl site is stupid
where did you find this shit ? Their website is www.shiftnrg.org

>>1901114
Yes, it is worth holding, the coin's got an interesting concept and working implementation. They're working on a big update right now (IPFS).
There are some fluctuations in price in the last couple of days (24hour lowest - $0.17, the current price, as I'm writting this, is $0.21), so you can wait and buy low while you can.

The price grows slowly, but it grows.

I myself bought at $0.14, I think it can go up to $0.35 easily in the next couple of weeks, but I could be wrong, so do your own research.

There's a good chance it has no future, but there's also a small chance it will shoot up 20X in value. Risk/reward is strong with this one.

I reset my password and had them email me a "one time use password" but it WONT work. I have tried countless times and it keeps prompting me to "click the link in the email" there was no link in the email. Please if anyone can help me. Also Polonix general.

yeah i'm in it for the long haul. sia has awesome potential as a service and i think people will wake up to that or will be forced to.

i trade sia here and there but i have a base amount that i have sales set to at 20k which won't be getting hit (if ever) for some time.

Some of them actually love it. They think if they get enough coin meme momentum they can create tons of bitcoin like coins and try and take over the gold market.

Its so cute.

I already got my initial investment in terms of fiat out and this is just profit. Do you agree that bitcoin is a better long term investment than ethereum?
10 posts and 1 images submitted.

Honestly nobody knows at this point. The future is murky with a possible bitcoin fork and the fact that no altcoin has remained popular for long. If you're worried cash it all out to fait, otherwise keep reinvesting in altcoins and sell for moderate gains
>>
>>1900811
I disagree in term of profit

What hobbies does the most affluent board on here have?

Recently watched the documentary "sour grapes" and was fascinated by the wine collecting. The fact you can own decades, even centuries old wine for the historical value. But at the same time, decide to consume it, and enjoy a wine no one else will.

Myself I'm gonna try getting into cigars. Did a mail order deal for a humidor and 10 cigars for $25. I live in Washington so the border is close to Canada and can get Cubans. Maintaining a humidor is a lot more involved than I thought it was gonna be, a lot of fun.

Let's see those wine collections, those humidors, or anything else you do.

i use my spare bedroom to store wine. i have around 150 bottles. the only part i would consider a collection is that i like to buy wine from defunct producers. i started having a 1 in/1 out rule a while back because i was buying a lot faster than i was drinking it, and it was taking up too much room.

i have some contemporary art, too. if i ever lived with a woman i'm sure she'd want to get rid of it. that's not a cheap hobby, but the catalog prices are never what you pay - it's usually 10-20% less.
