Neither of these subjects are hard (think maths or physics) and can be done by people of moderate intelligence if your willing to put the work in

They also come with accreditation. No your not going to get in to a good firm if you went to some pleb tier university but you will get a job and make a decent living that will allow you to use your spare income for investing.

You will earn a good wage and you will have spare cash for investing and opportunity to start your own business/contracting firm

I still recommend getting a job in your field first. Industry is different than University so understanding it is good. Save up some money then start exploring ideas you like and see if you can turn them into a product.

Work for like 1 or 2 years before pursuing a business. Think about it like then paying you to understand the operations on how to run a company.
