I finally saved up enough money to make a decent investment in bitcoin and the price is mad high now. Should I wait for BTC to slow it's role or buy at this price? Most things are indicating it will rise this year but I'm not sure if it will dump or not in next few weeks.

You put in limit orders for decreasing percentages. Maybe put an order a little higher encase it rockets..

I purchase at BTC ATM.

Is the price of USDT likely to go down even more?

Should I get into BTC and wait for USDT to go back up?

Or should I just trade in USDT now, trying to accumulate as much as possible, while I wait for it to go back up?

bump for advice
>>
Why did it go down in the first place, I thought it was a fixed 1:1 ratio with usd?
>>
most asian crypto companies are locked out from sending usd to the west now, its not just usdt its nearly everything. either it all gets fixed or they will need to set up in completely different countries to let people withdraw usd.

just remember that usdt is just a shitcoin, theres nothing special about it, and the only thing keeping the value of it at $1 has been taken away against the usdt people's will.

redpill me on Roth IRAs. Are they better or worse than regular IRAs? Some finance fag said that they're for chumps because they're funded with after tax money so the $5,500.yr contribution is more like $7,000/yr which means the growth is slower. But that seems like bullshit because you're only buying $5,500 of investments either way. On top of that, doesn't a Roth grow tax free, meaning the potential upside is far greater?

>>
>>1987449
The redpill is that stocks are a blue pilled investment vehicle. The best investments are not on the radar of the zero sum to market returns of the investment community.

But if you plan to be a wageslave until 59.5 years of age, buy VTI OR VOO. Diversifying is dumb as fuck. Usa will always be #1 and your investment horizon is long enough that volatility doesn't matter.

If you do decide to diversify like a peasant, put RIETs and Bonds into your Roth for optimal tax savings and keep stocks in your regular brokerage account.

Personally, I haven't even opened a Roth because I want to retire at 30, not 60+. Have far and above outperformed the market through my business (cloud computing services related).

Alternative investments > traditional almost everytime traditional investments are just a collection of alternative investments packaged and run down to market returns by investors.

For most people Roth v trad is kind of a wash. Sure, their are circumstances where one or the other may be a slam dunk but it's basically tax now or tax later. What your financefag said is true. It is not the last word on Roth. But is true that Roth money costs more since it's after tax. Now, you get to take the Roth earnings tax free if you are over 59.5, so that part is legit tax savings. That's the upside for Roth. If you start early you could have a big pile of tax free earnings when you retire. The other side of that is, if it were pretax you would have been able to invest more for the same total cost, or been able to boost your standard of living with the tax savings all those years. Renember we can't just live for retirement now.

Some things to consider

>roth money "costs more" but is more valuable dollar to dollar
This can be a wash, but if your goal is to maximize how much you are able to out in an it's or 401k Roth is going to be the way to go, since Roth and pretax dollar limits are the same

>tax later might (for most, likely will) be better than tax now
Every day I talk to people who think the advantage of Roth is that it will protect them from the inevitable tax increases they are going to face in the future. "Its not like the government has ever lowered taxes" they always say. This is of course completely incorrect. Taxes have tended to go up and down. Further, the big swings tend to be reserved for the higher brackets. It is NOT a correct assumption that tax rates will necessarily increase, especially for retirees, for whom a whole bunch of tax efficiencies exist. So when you are earning, especially in your earning prime, you will likely be in a higher tax bracket than in retirement. It might not make since to pay upfront taxes on Roth money when you can pay less in retirement. Also, if your accounts are your primary source of income you can structure your withdrawals to keep your taxes extra low.

Can I make profit sending BTC from Kraken to Bitfinex convert to XMR, send it back to Kraken, and convert it back to BTC? Rinse and repeat?

I sell between 1-2 lbs a mon. I live on border in US.

1Lb costs roughly 2800-3200 return is roughly 2x that.
On Average. only Loud and topshelf
>>
Usually I can get it at 3 or 4 per gram, good shit.
Sell it from 8 to 10, depending on quantity, so you can double at least.
Throw in some paraphernalia (grinders etc) and keep some vapers in stock, you can sell more than weed.

Does anyone have experience working in a bookkeeping company?

I'm looking to start a small bookkeeping company for small businesses around my area and would appreciate any advice that you could offer.

I'm an Aussie 24year old, working in a Big 4 Accounting firm (Audit) for 2 years now. Looking to make some side money and eventually turn the business into Bookkeeping and Tax for small to medium businesses later down the track fulltime.

Thanks lads.

you bought bad, recycled, old scamcoin based upon other failed scamcoins. Scamcoins based around a single individual never work out.

You could have picked a PoS style Dash clone (PIVX), the ultimate ponzi (POSW) or a memecoin so bad that it actually became good (Bitbeat).

Instead you picked the normie-tier bad-meme coin.

Konnichiwa minasan,

First of all I would like to say the following: this thread is NOT A JOKE, I'm 100% SERIOUS. You might wonder why I'm saying this, but after asking the same question on /pol/, /b/ and even /a/ everyone seems to take this as a joke. But this is not.

Ok, now that this is out of the way let me move on to the topic. My dream is to start a business manufacturing hug pillows to make otakus in Japan happy through the power of 2D!

But I'm stuck in the west and I'm pretty broke because I've been spending all my money on otaku collecting. What should I do? How can I realize my dream?

Any and all constructive advice is appreciated! Irashaimashita!
