is there a forum around /biz/ just without memecoins ?
>>1998410
wew.... i didn't know western cartoons could be so... *blushes* l-lewd...
>>1998410
No.
Shitcoins need their own fucking board.
>>1998410
I keep hearing that WallstreetBets on Plebbit advertises itself as "it's like 4chan had a bloomberg terminal"
There's also a "beermoney" subreddit for those of you who wanna work from home
on some of the other chans like 7 there's some /jew/ boards that focus on how to scam free shit, but last time I checked they're slower than your dementia ridden grandad sitting on a underpowered merrygoround.
So in other-words: no, be the change you want to see in the world anon.
>missed the dip when it was $7
>missed the dip again when it was $14
>missed the fucking dip once again when it was $40 a few days ago
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
I need to KNOW whether ETH can go to $10,000 a coin before I dump $5000 of my savings into ETH on Coinbase RIGHT NOW
>>1998353
Wait for it to come down to 60 dollar.
BUY HIGH SELL LOW
>>1998353
ethereum hasn't developed dick
all their partnerships are speculation
devs gave themselves 12 million coins
it isn't decentralized
devs decide when to alter the blockchain rules
Got so drunk last night I had to phone in sick for work
>drinking jewcohol
>being a wagecuck
The picture just paints itself
>>1998322
I show up hungover or still half dunk to work most days and no one fucking gives a shit.
>>1998267
only retards are gonna fomo over a coin with 5,4 billion market cap
>>1998267
Not really a fomo. It's one of those coins that's going to be around for a long time and we are light years ahead of normies. We will be fine
>>1998273
actually, there's really 2 tiers of crypto trading.
there's the poor tier, people like yourself who see a coin worth more than a few dollars (or euros in your case), and immediately write it off as a missed boat. mostly because lack of capital to invest in coins that are not penny stocks.
then there's the normal tier, people who can afford to drop 2k, 5k, 10k, 100k on a crypto on regular disposable income. they see a coin that's $60 right now, but is going to be worth $250 in a year.
What colour lambo are you guys getting?
How the hell do I buy ETH.
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
why stop at 1 lambo anon

20k completely believable

What ever happened to that guy that put 2k in eth last year when he needed to pay his bills?
>be in Europe
>be self-employed
>gross revenue 100k / year (i.e. BEFORE taxes and everything)
Can I afford to pay 36k / year for a house?
(50% of the house is deductible)
>>1998150
Outside of my house, car, and computer, I have no other business expenses. At all.
Go for it.
>>1998150
>gross revenue 100k / year (i.e. BEFORE taxes and everything)
Depends where you are in Europe. In some places you'd be looking at something like 30k/year post taxes and compulsory social security contribution.
>made first investment
>Already down 12c
This is not the way you promised it would be biz

>didnt know shit about trading

>fast forward 1 month (I was trading consistently during this time. learning more and more)
>came across pivx when it was about $0.10
>read the technology, saw both believers and haters on /biz/
>downloaded the wallet, tested it out, felt good about it
>put my entire portfolio on it ($300-400)
>cashed out a little early at $1ish
>fast forward another month
>been trading ever since, now my portfolio is worth $7000
have some faith OP
even if you lose, you learn from it. Just dont play around with money you cannot afford to lose
I've got about 5K in savings now after just selling the last of my ETH. Got 3/4 months free summer, in between STEM degree. What would /biz/ do in my situation? I'm Open to any idea.
inb4 I've looked at interns but I'm fucking burnt out from finals and assignments and would rather just a no-brainer part time job. I've also considering travelling but if I do it'd only be a week or two.

Finally a post I can probably answer better than 99% of posters here. Get over your bullshit millennial dream. You won't make 40 million dollars starting a business without getting a damn job first. You think someone is going to lend you 500k to start a business? Do you think you can turn 100k into 40 million in a few years on the stock market? No, you won't be able to. Here's a reality check. To make 40 million you'd have to be an entrepreneur, there's no other way. I'm assuming you don't have parents that will lend you 500k either. Your only option is to go to school/trade, make good money, live like a fucking peon during the prime of your life, and invest every fucking penny you have. Then after several years of working your balls off with almost no luxuries, you'll start to develop a base layer of capital that you can use to grow more capital. I'm just under 30 and just shy of a millionaire with net worth, put myself through university, and received no handouts once. The key was a high paying job (do your research, and they won't be easy jobs) with VERY meager living standards for a long time. My car is worth about three thousand dollars. I'm pretty sure I have the shittiest car out of my entire group of colleagues, and I can pretty much guarantee you I have more money than them. That is the only way man, anyone who says otherwise is full of shit. If you're 24 your best bet is to go into a lucrative trade; do your research, and look for what industries are growing. Find a speciality position that nobody wants to do, and charge your own rate. You may be able to get to 3-500k by 30, and maybe 3-5 million by 40. You likely won't ever hit 40 million in today's value of currency ever, hate to say it man. good luck.
Make an ice cream stand on wheels and go to parks where families are playing with their children and baseball/softball games are played. Better too is that you could go back every summer after, even mostly on the weekends.
>>1998008
Thanks man, appreciate the input. I haven't really considered the entrepreneurial path but I'll brainstorm.
My field is in Software Engineering so yeah it is all about finding your niche and becoming a specialist, which can be easier to achieve than other industries I reckon. The only thing the tech industry is constantly evolving every 6 months, what you learn in Uni - the real world is already made redundant.
I'm not a materialistic guy compared to my friends or even that greedy, so I'm okay with grafting and spending conservatively.
Dip or market correction?
>>1997924
Correction imo. I expect it to return to the 400 range soon.
>>1997924
>>1997935
Sike.
You must be new.
When btc rises alts dip.
When btc dips all of the surplus goes back into the alts.
How easy is it to turn crypto back into normal currency? The reason I ask is that it's the only issue really preventing me from going all in with crypto. Everywhere I look has some sort of catch or a ridiculously low amount your allowed to cash out on each day.
>inb4 memes
It just seems fishy to me, what good is a billion dollars worth of X coin when you can't even transfer it back into the currency that 99% of the world still runs on. Am I missing something here? I hope I am
>>1997921
>Transfer to coin base
>Sell and it gets sent to your bank
Coin base gets hated on because of their high fees but imo the convince of selling there is worth it

Why isn't everyone just buying up yen right now and then selling it for a huge return when the 2020 Olympics come around?
Serious question, I don't get why you don't buy now if demand (and, by transition, price) is going to go up.
>>1997830
>3 years
>>1997830
>if demand (and, by transition, price) is going to go up.
you're assuming supply won't go up as well. This is a false assumption.

>>1997836
Why can't I hold my liquid in yen instead of USD? If I really need it I can always sell out before the olympics.
What is the average spike in the currency price during olympics, anways?
