Life is a fucking scam unless you are born rich or somehow get rich while you can still enjoy it (no, frugalcucking for 50 years is not getting rich)
>>1994517
I totally agree.
Conserve time and energy by killing yourself now then
>>1994517
Agreed
>oh anon! Just invest in your tax free cucking account by putting in 10% of your after tax minimum wages for the next 45 years while living like a hermit. When your 67 years old, you'll have a million dollars to retire on!
I want to punch people giving this type of advice.
>TFW go to top EE program in world for BS
>TFW get $165k job offer right out of college at trading firm to write high performance software
>TFW living comfy for the rest of my life
Why do people fall for the anything-but-STEM meme?
>>1993864
It's all cognitive dissonance, anon. They have think their liberal arts degree is worth something, and the only way they can believe that is by reducing the accomplishments of others.
>>1993864
Shut up OP, my Gender Studies degree is just as valid as yours
#OccupyOP
I'm stem and I hate it. My true dream is to have no job.
How do you guys search for suppliers? Aliexpress is out of the question due to shipping costs and times. Are the paid directories any good or viable at the very least?

How do returns work?
Starting another /wfhg/ as the last one was really helpful.
To the anon that recommended Rev, thanks! I've made $40 today, which isn't much yet I guess but I just moved up to Revver. The problem is that there are less videos to caption at this level than there were in Rookie. I feel like I won't have enough to get to Revver+ :/
I figure if I can do this every day for 6-8 hours I can make $1500-1800 /m and move out to some cheap country and never have to wageslave again.
Any other online jobs you guys do?
How long did it take you to work at rev for captioning after applying? I currently write on the side for fun money, but rev seems a lot more flexible since sometimes writing an article can take longer than its worth.
>>1987883
I passed the first round within a few hours. Then the second round one or two days. I was surprised at how quick it was!
Where do you write?
>>1987894
I write at textbroker. I've heard constant content and websites that you write school homework are supposedly better and higher paying, but I was really burned out of the application process and am just a lucky streak away from getting 5 stars on textbroker so I have stayed on it.
I do it exclusively for side money, so I just do the easiest jobs I can find and just do 1 article a day. I usually stick to the easy jobs summarizing other articles / rewriting them so I can get them out in 20-30 minutes. It's not consistent though, not like I imagine captioning would be, so i'd prefer something more consistent.
Do the impossible
Why impossible? A pump is long overdue.
If DOGE is succeeding then I actually fear for the entire market itself because eventually it will crash.
Noticed this earlier and was confused and amazed. I'll be rich if this thing pumps. Funny.
You have 10 seconds to give me ONE good reason why you aren't investing in this man.
>>1998763
That's not ETH.
>>1998763
He's an African
He's gonna lose half of his wealth soon.
Where is the bottom of this PIVIX drop? Will it go below 1$?
Idk anon, I bought in at 70k sats. I definitely niggered myself not selling at the top.
I don't see it dipping below $1 though. Still needs to get added to poloniex which would majorly boost the price.

Will this even affect the price? It's already been pumped.

buy the dip, retire in 40 years happily
>phew! good thing I have a reasonable allocation in bonds and hold a significant amount of cash with which to live off of! I should scrounge up whatever money I can spare and buy more!
I'm holding a small amount of Posw right now, but I still don't see potential for growth. I feel like big exchanges like Polo and Bittrex will never list a crypto like Posw for fear of losing volume to it's exchange.
The worth of Posw is entirely based on the exchange and I don't ever see it becoming as big as the other players. For this reason I don't even think it will reach $1.
why dont you think it can become as big as the other players? its still in the fledgling stages and it provides access to coins that polo and bittrex do not. i see a real advantage to using posw over those 2, as long as it continues to add good coins and gain volume. which its roadmap shows is the intention.
even typing that out assured me a little bit more, all aboard the posw train
choo choo
POSW is attempting to become a new reserve currency, and it's resting its value on the ability to easily get in and out of staking pools.
This is a great idea, but my fear is disruption from a better organized group or one that doesn't require use of its own reserve currency.
>>1998613
dont fear
I am working on a trading algo right now and went to get some tasty training data. Yahoo allows you to download past data in .csv format so seemed pretty good. Then I was looking at the data in the file and the older entries do not match the site at all! WTF! Anyone have some insight into this? It looks like they had a bad float conversion in the volume field.
Pic. related.

>>1998580
I don't know anything about database files but my knee jerk reaction would be to try and look up similar data on other sites to see whether the html or the CSV file is correct... if either
>>1998589
I looked up googles and got a csv from them. Does not even come close to matching. Time to find another data set to cross reference.
>>1998608
Google at least matches the site table to the .csv file.
Want to start trading eth in coinbase. Do I get unlimited trades?
Stocks bore the fuck out of me. I just want to ride 5 min dips and peaks all day
>>1998550
>Do I get unlimited trades
Of course. Not only that, you can play all kinds of gambling, dice games, automated dice games, savings accounts with 16+% interest, ponzi schemes like gladiacoin.com (get in and get out before it closes), unlimited trading, unbelievable arbitrage across multiple exchanges.
Welcome to the wild fucking west.
>>1998564
Don't want to buy bitbean or some other meme. I just want to fucking trade for once. Stocks is 99% waiting.
ETH looks very volatile. Plus, I m usually awake at 2 am
>>1998576
I wouldn't recommend bitbean or any of those memes. The highest volume exchange is Poloniex so that's the most liquidity you'll get.
Waiting will pay off here too but if you use the bollinger bands and your stop losses you can always minimize your losses and see unbelievable returns, even on extremely volatile coins.
ETH might look volatile to you, but it's one of the most stable cryptos out there, up until like yesterday when it started shooting up again.
>buy 3 BTC worth of LTC at 0.0107
>pumps to 0.013
>"sell the news faggots" dump it after segwit
>my stop loss jumps at 0.0107
>im back to the begining
>probably my stop loss was the bottom and it will continue going up but too scared to get in again
FUCK this planet.
I need to get in on a coin that's FLAT to have 0 risk of lossing money. After the first pump you already missed the boat. But all flat projects are shit memes with risk of going nowhere so you are stuck with a bag. FFS i need to be rich fuck.
>>1998505
POSW if I'm correct it has not really pumped or atleast properly
>>1998520
yeah and its even kind of in a dip right now. its 10% below where i bought in and im still feeling pretty comfy
>>1998505
Buy the rumor, sell the news.
That's how the whole fucking game works.
/biz/ prediction thread
here we make predictions on various cryptos
we take screenshots
and make fun/praise eachother in a month
I think ETH will reach 70 eur atleast on this pump
BTC will consolidate in 3 days
Ripple might have a pump in the next 2-3 weeks
POSW is gonna dip more and then moon when it gets more recognition/added on more exchanges
>>1998490
ETH will dip to 60-61 dollar before going higher.
Pinkcoin will moon in 3 days.
RLC will be listed on poloniex in the near future and moon 300%.
POSW will dip to 10k satoshis.
>>1998502
Please explain why pinkcoin will be mooning soon?
I mean, it was pumped really high, however only once, coulld be just a pump n dump
>>1998490
It's funny, I was thinking the same thing. Just bought some XRP and sold most my POSW at 15k, holding like 1k right now, ready to buy more when it goes low enough
Where the fuck do I buy ETH? Coinbase isn't available in my country.
>>1998456
Coinmama
>>1998456
Localbitcoins.com, cex.io.
There are also loads upon loads of other options, some of which require wire transfers/bank deposits. Paxful, Campbx, Kraken, Bitstamp I think, literally anywhere else.
