Bought some of those when it was $0.1 per token. Not selling it for 6 months at least.

This is gonna be huge. Possibly as huge as augur.

Also, love the redesign they're working on right now

Can someone explain why my bitcoin value didn't go up?

>put 50 USD worth of bitcoin in AlphaBay ( darkweb)
>a month later bitcoin has raised 100 dollars more.
>My 50 dollars worth is still 50 dollars.

What the fuck am I not understanding?

Why didn't my bitcoins raise to a higher worth?
9 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
>>2018625
lol wtf? I think you got scammed or need to take out BTC and put it back in. Or the prices are static, in that case, it's a shit site.
>>
I don't use Alphabay, do you still have bitcoins or not? Can you transfer the coins back to a different wallet or are they stuck there? It almost sounds like you sent them bitcoins and they gave you some sort of credit that can be used to buy black market shit instead of you actually keeping the bitcoins.
>>
The vendors that you're buying from will still charge you the correct value so it doesn't really matter. People are going to ask for $10 worth of bitcoins not 1/5 of what you have in the account. It's probably just an oversight by alphabay.
>leaving anything on alphabay when you're not about to use it.

> How is it free?
"People" invest your settled funds when you're not using them, just like banks.

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, why?
Robinhood graphs are shit and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using tradingview.com, stockcharts.com, finviz.com, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

Do any of you guys invest in HYIPs/Ponzis?

http://www.hyipexplorer.com/

This is a website that rates and explains them all and organizes them.
This is the highest risk you could possibly take, far higher than even crypto, but the rewards are unbelievably high. For anyone looking for 10, 20, 30 times your return, HYIPs (high yield investment programs/Ponzi schemes) might be for you.

You can read this guide:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=520086.0

I had no idea this was such a lucrative market.

Alright, you have my attention. Red pill me on them.
>>
>>2018205
I'm just learning about these myself but that guide:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=520086.0

seems to explain it perfectly.

They're basically all known Ponzi schemes I think, and saying otherwise is ridiculous. But given that there are hundreds and this site hyipexplorer.com seems to rank and give feedback on all of them is helpful. I think the idea is that people invest a little in each one and get back absurdly high returns.

But the trick is to get in and get out before it closes, which could be months or years from now, nobody knows.

It's definitely playing with fire.

However, most of these sites seem to let you invest with just $25 or whatever.
So you put in $25 and maybe get back $50 in a week or 2. Do this on a few sites or a little higher and I could see this really being profitable.
Extremely risky but with diversification over a bunch of these sites, it might just be possible to mitigate the risk and bring in huge profit, more than crypto.
>>
>invest my money into crypto (already in the green and profiting on this)
>take those profits and put them into diversified HYIPs
>get compounded returns on the HYIPs and lose out on the ones that don't last long

Did I just discover the trick to seriously becoming rich? Is this actually viable?

It's still a great company, but the growth of their stock price will not be skyrocketing any time soon.

Youd likely get better returns than a savings account.
>>
It'll clear 1000 easily. They smash their numbers every quarter and more and more people are using subscription orders for everyday goods.

You probably should have bought in before the ER last week, or at least after it went back down a bit on Friday.

Still a safe investment.
