I've heard alot of things about what the future holds for Ethereum. Many people say it's the new Internet 3.0. There has been alot of speculation going around that this "Ethereum" Could eventually hit $1000 or even more. Lets say we're looking at the future of 2030. I have 1.59 BTC in Poloniex.
These days people are getting paranoid due the DDOS attacks.
I know having money in exchanges is stupid but that's 5% of my BTC stack and I need to have liquidity in exchanges to trade.
Im thinking about moving to Bittrex but what makes it any safer than Poloniex?
Poloniex got problems in the past hours because it got a ton of use + DDOS.
Bittrex has shitty volume compared to Polo.
I just don't see how you minimize risk moving to Bittrex. It's still a gamble.

What if you die and you had thousands if not millions in cryptocurrency in your super secure wallet that no one knew about? How will your wife/husband/child/parents/siblings be able to get access to it and exchange it for cash? Have you thought about this issue?
There's thousands of bitcoin accounts of dead people that no one can claim, most likely with millions of dollars combined in these accounts. They're just sitting there... collecting more and more money and nothing can be done about it. They can't even go to a charity or a government to use. They're useless.

Robinhood graphs are shit and only show you an average, not true real-time prices. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using tradingview.com, stockcharts.com, finviz.com, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.
