tip #1
Do not ask /biz/ for advice on investing
Hello /biz/, I have some leftover trumpcoins which I didnt sell during the pump, about 15k. Should I hold them in hope for another major pump/rise in value later, or drip sell them now and put the money in some other coins?
Feel free to discuss trumpcoins future in the thread if you want.
Is this thread going to be repeated for every other altcoin in the next few years?
>>2067641
Possibly. If there are holders of said coins who want to ask questions on a public imageboard.
If you were dumb enough to hold during the inaugural pump then you might as well hold for another 4 years until the next election.
>only 1 number off from winning the lottery
don't you still get a good prize for getting that many numbers right?

t. bag holder
I sold at 1800. Enjoy the bag retard.
the ms Paint lines never lie
I'm actually holding ETH and LTC before the inevitable dip, then I'm going to drop the LTC and ride the BTC train to $4k
>>2067515
Start counting down from 100,000,000 instead of 1000 and I'll agree with you.
This is the end.
Well thats one way to get fiat money into the crypto market
is this why BTC just dropped so much?
or does anyone have a good idea about that?
>>2068316
>why BTC dropped so much
Normal price movement of people buying BTC just to put into alts, this is why nearly every single alt is up today.
So i saw the thread from the faggot that says this board is cancer.
Well, a part at least.
Anyway, I will do the follow-up of another one I made a while ago about which coins to buy.
(Nocoiner can easily go with NVDIA and TSL)
- Waves , as always hoard as much as you can, next year $~50 (One portfolio per se)
- BTC, at least 40 % should be into this piece of shit.
- ETH We are already on the moon, next step Mars. Too late to hoard (for plebs at least) . 20%
- XRP the target is $1. Now it sits @20 pennies
- BURST - here is the gem. Cheap, easily mineable, great community. Highly recommended.
- GNT, LISK: worth a shot, these are very cheap.
They have great communities, and the projects are solid. However, these are more of a gamble.
- Too late too high: DCR, XMR.
The XMR's devs are quite shady, and considering that the coin is all about privacy, I would question it a bit.
Hope it helps you.
>XMR is too late too high and devs are shady
XMR is for buying things, not for investing.

How do we prevent bitcoin transactions from bottle necking?
This is the source for its brief dip; it is still very high, however, I just think a smoother transaction rate is better for all investors.

Thoughts?
https://www.google.com/amp/www.newsbtc.com/2017/05/12/bitcoin-network-backlog-grows-165000-unconfirmed-transactions/amp/
Move transactions off block chain, or increase the block size?
>>2067305
You prevent it by buying LTC and ETH and using them to make your transfers.
Let BTC just die ffs.
Has anyone had experience with these GET RICH KWIK bitcoin advertisements on places like alphabay. Seems to be a massive scam but there are a lot of positive reviews on alphabay + youtube but comments are disabled. So, does www.bitcointhief.biz/trading.html
Look like the classic "if it looks too good to be true it probably is" and being poor as fuck I don't wan't to sink £500 into a guide that probably is a scam.
>sold by BitcoinThief
?
>>2067165
was the first thing i saw too haha

>>2067156
Yes mate, I became a million for just £600, bargain!
>you missed yet another boat to lamboland (BURST)

>>2067078
Looks like BURST bursted to the outer space!
>>2067437
why
I WANT TO BE RICH
Any "successful" strategy is only ever successful in the short term. See pic related. Its just a simple moving average crossover strategy of a stock index: the P/L was excessively high during the early stages but exponentially decreased over time. You can try it with any stock, index, forex or commodity and the results will always be the same. Any active strategy always tends towards mean reversion and the Profit/Loss ratio tends towards 1 (profits = losses) over the long run.
So I can't help but wonder those who consistently generate positive alpha in the long run are either extremely lucky or have insider knowledge.

Looks I had too high expectations for /biz/ to sit down and have a mature discussion for once
>>2066992
bump.
What happened?
>>2066847
Chinks have to be moving money around trying to get outta CAD. It makes 0 sense.
>>2066847
They took her
There is a new crypto on the block!
Built by /biz/ and for /biz/, made possible by the powerful waves system.
I'm going to explain some stuff and maybe answer some questions.
Also, I'm giving away some coins for folks who post a waves adress and give me a good or lulzy reason to be generous.
>>2066789
>Where can I buy them?
on the waves decentralized exchange, for now. Currently very rare and only available for BTC, Waves or EUR. Hoping to get listed on some bigger exchanges soon.
>link pls
They actually have the exchange and your wallet as a chrome app
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/wavesliteapp/kfmcaklajknfekomaflnhkjjkcjabogm
>>2066795
>Why should I buy them?
Why shouldn't you? Moon and all that…
Plus, since it is running on waves, it can become an inter-biz currency, without the need for that pesky verification you need on all the big exchanges.
>Should I put my live savings in /biz/coins?
Well, the more you invest, the higher the possible gains, but since I am a honest man:
If you are seriously asking this/contemplating this, you probably should give your live savings back to mom and let her decide for you.
>>2066805
>Are you a Pajeet?
Nope. White as white can be.
>Is your team divers? Do you have women or minorities on board?
Nope. Privileged and proud!
I have a great business plan in a heavy industrial / service business. It is very profitable in concept, but I need to create a marketable business plan for high 5 figure loan, 1-5 year lone to buy some heavy equipment.
>>2066670
get a lawyer to draw up a prospectus for you.
>>2066678
no lawyer.
I am cheap
>>2066681
takes money to make money , friend.
no institutional investor is going to be able to green light your loan without you jumping through the proper legal hoops . you could have the shittiest idea in the world, but if it checked all the legal boxes, they will have no problem justifying approving your loan to their superiors .
Make your life easy and do things the right way.
Should I load up on this while its cheap?
>>2066666
Nice digits. Loading up and holding is a viable market strategy for pretty much any top 50 coin at this stage.
its always a good idea to buy cheap coins and hold long term
golem might become a thing, but it requires ethereum to be succesful in the first place
>>2066666
Noice digits homie.
gnt and eth are gonna pump hard af at the next eea conference.
