>"If no position is currently available just email us here!"

say you make around 55k can a year, and you already have roughly 100k saved up. what price of home do you think you can afford by you`re self, and also what price of house can u afford with you and a partner making around 55k a year. ty
op here also taking into account that you are in you`re early to mid 20s
Around $150-200,000 price range but closer to 150,000 if you plan to live alone. Get a room mate for a few years and charge them rent to help you pay off the mortgage.

A standard rule for lenders is that your monthly housing payment (principal, interest, taxes and insurance) should not take up more than 28 percent of your income before taxes. This debt-to-income ratio is called the "housing ratio" or "front-end ratio."
So say you make roughly 55k a year take home after taxes. Which is roughly $4,583.33 a month. Multiply that by 28% and that's around $1283 a month in mortgage.
Now if you and your wife were making the same amount, which is $110,000 gross household income, then you have to divide your income up monthly and then multiply it by no more than 28% to try and figure out what a good feasible monthly mortgage payment would be. So together, you could afford a house that's about $2566/month.

Recently found a supply of about 40 computers, iMacs and laptops. All are broken and were dumped in a shipping container. But could I take advantage of this, scraping for gold, parts or other precious metals?
You could probably get 1-2 oz of gold out of those. And you'd get to inhale tons of toxic fumes as a bonus!
>>2071548
Go for the parts anon, not the gold. But find someone that actually knows their shit to part it out for you. Could be worth a lot on Ebay.

What happened in March 2017 that caused the influx of cash into almost all cryptocurrencies?
Go on bittrex and look at the price charts for the coins with high volume. YOu will see that in March the price just starts increasing and didn't stop.
What do you think caused this sudden increase of interest in crypto and do you think it will continue ?

Trump draining the swamp...
The DNC, Hillary/Bill, democratic politicians, socialist politicians, illuminati politicians all use bitcoin to cover their tracks.
Crypto currency is like offshore banking and often can't be tracked. Emmanuel Macron has millions in bitcoins.
BTC is gonna be back past $1800 tonight. Quit alts and then move back.
Could you provide some basis for your prediction? There are people saying it will drop to $1200-1300 first.

How to I buy DGB? Poloniex is a bitch to use, I want to pay with real money, I also got 1 btc on plus 500
>>2071433
Convert to BTC and buy it with it on Bittrex.
You might want to wait for a small bump up in BTC though before buying to get the most value out of the trade.
>>2071433
1. Buy BTC with fiat from a real BTC exchange - plus500 does not sell BTC, it sells a BTC CFD which tracks the price but ultimately you do not own any actual BTC.
2. Transfer your BTC to an exchange that allows trading of DGB, such a Poloniex or Bittrex (or any others).
3. Exchange your BTC for DGB and hold for as long as you want.
Let me know if you have questions.

I got mine in yobit but Bittrex is better anon. I'm just too lazy to move it.
