I just had an epiphany: automation isn't going to kill jobs because now the means of production are so cheap and decentralized (personal computers/servers) that many can invest, so the value of the work is still transferred to us and we're among the first to enter the market before it gets crowded. Let's talk stocks, bonds, options, futures, derivatives picks.
I know I said non-crypto, but let's also discuss the effect crypto will have on the market at large.
I talked about this in another thread but with Moneygram, Western Union, and SWIFT under threat by crypto, is it a good idea to short them?
(I know Moneygram is "adopting" the Ripple Network, but their timidity and hesitation in committing means they still feel they can hold their ground)
Also, general macro/micro economic ideas, value choices. Pro level shit like Quantitative also welcome, although I won't know what the fuck you're on about cause I'm still learning.

The Norwegian oil rigging corp Seadrill (SDRL on NYSE and OSBX) is about to go to the fucking moon.
Its currently undergoing major restructuring, which i cant tell you the details off atm except that the norwegian state will play a large part in it, but i can promise that its gonna result in Seadrill going up to the 80NOK (a bit less than 20 usd) range in less than a year.
