I honestly believe that it has some great potential and will go up to 500 sat in few years if not more.

...You clearly do not understand what value is. Value is all about perception. This is why a Black Lotus, the most coveted Magic The Gathering card, is sold for over $30,000. And yet a bottle of water may cost $8 on average in stores.
So shouldnt the most essential item to human life (water) cost more than $8 compared to a piece of paper?
When I see people saying that BTC has no value, I cringe. BTC is simply currency, or a medium of exchange. It is something used IN PLACE OF what you would trade in a pure barter system.
Whats so special about BTC is that its a new kind of currency, never before seen on this planet. This is why you see the exponential growth.
When people say BTC has no inherent value and worth nothing, using your logic, we should all be trading cups of water and pieces of food.
Oh, by the way, BTC is so revolutionary that in a few months its gonna be worth $4,000+ most likely. By next year we will hit the 10 grand mark. Screencap.
