Lightning Network is about to be voted into Decred. It will be one of the first altcoins that has the ability to be traded directly for Bitcoin.

It has a lower market cap than Dash, lower market cap than dogecoin, lower market cap than digibyte.

It has some of the most respected developers who've worked on bitcoin working on this.

People have made tens of thousands of dollars at the current price just from PoS.

Russia is looking into building it's own national cryptocurrency. Why are we not doing the same thing with the US? The coinlords on /biz/, /pol/fags, and programmers from /g/ easily could get together and build a US cryptocurrency, shill the fuck out of it so that we get Chinks to dump their money into it the way they do with USD, and convince UScuck politicians to start accepting it as a valid payment for stuff like taxes, etc. in response to what Russia is doing, the same way they shit their pants when the Russians were the first to space and we built up the space program to show who could moon first.

With Putin's interest in Ethereum, this totally is modern day equivalent to the Cold War. Russia, along with China, are looking at trying to cut the world's dependence on the US dollar as the world's reserve currency by supporting cryptocurrency.

>meanwhile bitcoin, which is used almost EXCLUSIVELY by money launderers, drug users, drug dealers, cybercriminals and get-rich-quick slimeballs is up 600% in 12 months

Its just upsetting because I specifically avoided buying bitcoin because of the kind of people that use it, and now those same people have 6x more money. damn it.

How do you go about finding a good business partner? Let's say you're set to go on your idea but you know you need someone more knowledgeable than you on the nuance of business itself, hut you're not lucky enough to already know someone with the right knowledge and values.
And of course, especially since you're looking for someone specifically more "businessy" than you, how do you find someone who you can know won't take advantage of you?

those are mine:
- bitcoin will keep growing, there may be some minor corrections on the way but eventually in one year it's going to be over 6k $
- no huge altcoin apocalypse is going to happen, but shitcoins with no real use will sooner or later die. currently 90% of coins are used only for speculation but those 10% with real use are going to keep on growing
- NXS will get pumped hard within the next few weeks-months
- /biz/ will become even worse with the constant infux of newcoiners and nobody will ban shills and beggars
