These cycles are becoming more and more predictable, and Bitcoin and Eth are becoming less and less volatile in the process. Shit coins crash when Bitcoin surges due to profit scalping, but please, sell me your coins at wholesale. We're just in the first few innings boys. It was only a WEEK ago that 100 Sats seemed like an insurmountable feat for Reddcoin, and now half of you are popping zoloft because it dipped back down to those levels. Same thing with every other shit coin. As long as bitcoin and ethereum stay strong, which every day they seem to get less and less volatile and more credible as forces which are here to stay, the alt coin game will remain. These patterns were almost identical last week.

So I always thought to myself that I wouldn't mind renting until I was middle aged or so. But recently I've been feeling exploited and it's bothering me. Is it actually worth it to buy a cheap house? Like a $150k one in the suburbs of pittsburgh. When repairs and taxes and shit all comes together is it actually worth it? I'm scared I'd never be able to sell it too. Especially if I find a somewhat nice but poor area that then becomes blacked over a few years. Like even a family of nigs next door can probably scare away buyers and I'd have no control over that.
