Oh, so you actually watched one of these? They pay people to throw these videos together to gather up investors. Usually they have broker agreements, none of them are traders. They make money by selling you a story, there's a huge conflict of interest there and it's a huge waste of time, not a single investment you can bank on.
They come up with these 'theories', more like stories, about every three months about how "everything is going to explode" and "you should buy gold now". Do you know how many people say to buy gold? It's almost a cult at this point. These people have short memories, gold only appreciated in value recently.
One of these videos claimed that fort knox is empty and china is buying gold up because they know. This was years ago, and everyone like these people will always come up with arguments like this and make it official sounding. No one gives them money for being right, they are entertainers.

I keep hearing there's going to be another crash or recession coming up. Is that a meme? And if not is this idea of a final surge right before a market crash a meme? I didn't even finish the video to see if they were selling anything--I was more intrigued by the thought of buying or holding and not selling until such a surge.

Wings is a forecasting tool, you guess how successful a new project would be and the project team use that information. If your guess is most accurate they reward you (as incentive to be as accurate on your guesses as possible).
Bancor takes tokens wanting to be exchanged and finds a buyer so that no one has to sell, meaning the price of the coin won't drop as the market cap is sustained.

you have two parameters for a stop limit order. "stop" is the price at which your sell triggers, "limit" is the price of your sell order. If you want guaranteed fills of your sell order, set the limit price very low, say $1000, and it is basically guaranteed to fill (but probably at a slightly lower price than your "stop")
