Not here to shill my bags,
but I want to hear ur opinion on the tech behind IOTA, which seems pretty interesting
Basically, the teacher (miners) doesn't correct all homeworks (tx's).
Instead, the students correct each others homeworks, resulting in a different data structure, the "tangle", instead of the blockchain.
It utilizes POW just as blockchains, but the work is distributed and every transaction is recursively defined, allowing for zero tx fees.
Ofc the "vending machines who order drones for transport" are bullshit for another 30yrs, but a tx-free system that is indefinitely scalable (gets faster even proportional to the # of tx's / participants) sounds interesting and innovative
