I expect another 900-1000% on Myriad this year and then we'll see how it keeps on going after that.

Some of Verge's code is based on Myriad. Of all the shilled shitcoins on /biz/, Myriad is actually still the cheapest.

As to why it'll go up, here's some reasons:

It's not the gold standard you see with BTC, LTC, VTC... But there's only a handful of coins better. Haven't seen a single shitcoin shilled on /biz/ that was half as decent as this. This has a long-term impact on the price and stability of the coin. Coins with a steep inflation curve might have higher market caps in the short term, but they're more prone to crashing.

Myriad is also different from Verge and DigiByte in that it was actually launched multi-algo, meaning that it could be ASIC, GPU, or CPU mined by anyone since day 1.

Given how high scrypt hash rate is, if an attacker wanted to perform 51% attack, using Scrypt ASICs would only be viable for one of the top Chinese pools. As that effectively rules out 20% of blocks, attacker would need a bit over 63% of the hash in the other 4 PoWs, spread across sha256 ASICs, GPUs, and CPUs. They would need at least a few hundred sha256 ASICs, a few hundred GPUs, and 500 CPUs. Given the current block rewards are worth about 1100USD/day, you can't find another PoW coin getting as good bang for buck with its security. Vertcoin is paying about 3x as much for theirs. Plus, multi-algo gives us a convenient mechanism to safely hardfork to other PoWs.

In summary... Myriad... cheapest shitcoin on /biz/, secure, good distribution.
