Worth the risk. Seriously, this coin is CHEAP
Gentlemen, all I have in this world is $900 and I am putting $100 each into 9 coins. The coins are:
ARK
ANS
BAT
BANCOR
CFI
GOLEM
ICONOMI
LBRY
STEEM
UBIQ
What do you think? Where do you think I will be by the end of the year? Would you subtract anything? Add anything? I plan to hold with iron hands.
By the way -- I know that's 10. I can't decide between STEEM and UBIQ.
>>2666183
I wouldn't invest in Bancor at all. Ark seems questionable to me as well. The rest looks about ok.
>>2666183
Lose CFI or UBIQ
Get IOTA
i'm new as shit and recently just familiarized myself with all this
right now i'm mining zcash with cuda client and before i was doing etc just because i was trying to figure out how all this stuff works, but i haven't been discerning at all, i've also tried the minergate pools for both so i'm now familiar with pools
what is your opinion on a currently casually mineable coin (with a single high end gpu) with good prospects for later on?
i want something to just leave on and hopefully see returns one day
not asking for a sure thing, but some opinions
even with a single gpu i'm in the top five in the minergate pool for zcash and it's been 2 days with no returns, how long does this take? saw returns (albeit small) after about 6 hours for etc
use suprnova pools retard
>>2666308
no bully :(
ok i will
You can pay your bills, buy food and other necessities with money.
Secondly, you'll be able to get better treatment and buy better medicine.
You can take a break and go on vacation with the help of your money.
You'll be able to have a better future and house(s) thanks to your money and wealth.
Also, you'll be able to attract women who are realistically out of year league simply by having money (having your own car and place will also help tremendously, I'm sure you guys know this).
These are just three facts/examples on how money and status will help with women:
https://youtu.be/8j7H6WruSmY?t=157
https://youtube.com/watch?v=8ORQJtxicrA
https://youtu.be/ZS6--6jL5r8?t=2m43s
So, why do the majority of people lie and say that "money isn't everything" ?
We need it nowadays just to live decent lives and survive, this means money is the most crucial/essential thing to us.
Do people simply lie about this just to trick other people to not strive for more and become wealthy ?
The only things money can't buy is talent and dead loved ones.
>>2666161
They do this so the slaves who work for pennies don't rise up and kill all the rich for money. If people realized how bad they really have it, and how essential money is to their entire existence, society would collapse and people would steal.
Hence why companies and people parrot things like "there's more to life than money" or "you can't be successful if you only think about money/paycheck". People accuse you of laziness when you don't want to work, but it's more out of defiance for a lot of us. We refuse to work for shit and crypto has really opened my eyes to how anyone can get rich if we were able to invest just like the rich. You normally need to be a millionaire to get in on things like this early, and that's how they keep getting richer.
"that's why you gotta make your own moves"
what did he mean by this?
>>2666161
I guess its jealousy, they think rich people are 99% born rich and the 1% were lucky, so they tell themself, they could become rich if they want but they dont because they are happy with their life like it is... I have to admit that a guy who becomes rich is more talented and smarter than me and more charismatic.. every rich person i met has something of this and i realized i dont have these things, only thing i consider doing is shilling shitcoins
What exchanges are best for bitcoin, altcoin, litecoin ethereum etc for an ausfag?
I'm looking to put about $100AU into 4 currencies each and it will probs be the ones listed above.
Cheers
Try coinbase or btcmarkets, which ever is cheaper
Try google
>>2666137
i was using coinspot but it seemed like it wasn't popular enough and you also don't get the full range of coins
just moved to bittrex and got a bit raped by fees for sending all my coins over but yeah seems better
im a total noob btw
Saw this on yobit, what exactly is happening in pic related?
>>2666091
Buy bot
>>2666211
This. Wouldn't be surprised if it was Yobit's own trying to encourage activity.
what Wallet does /biz/ use
I've heard good things about Electrum
I use exodus, cause it lets me convert one coin into another and has proper security
Does anyone know how i can transfer my coins onto a flashdrive rather than keep it in an online wallet?
>>2666231
Bitcoins cannot be stored on a USB stick, but you can backup your private keys that are - in a way - your bitcoins. Either backup the wallet file, or you can generate a "paper wallet" (a JPEG image with the privatekey (never show anyoe) and the public key/address ("bank number"))
Now, this is not the best thing to do. USB sticks don't live forever and can be destroyed pretty simple.
I don't know how big of a stash we are talking here, but if it's big (like above $1000) you might want to consider buying a Ledger or Trezor wallet. It's a special piece of USB hardware that stores your private keys. It's very secure, but they cost $30 to $90.
Stay safe.
>>2666349
Nah, it's just a tiny sum, started just recently.
But i had heard that you could store the coins themselves offline. Guess i was misinformed
i need advice, i'm bipolar and schizophrenic and ive been heavily self medicating myself. I've got that gut feeling to invest my life savings into oil, watching the news for hours on end, i can't sleep but I can guarantee that if I predict this I can be set for life.
Wage slaving is taking a toll on my health and I need to make more aggressive moves.
you don't need proof when you have instinct.
predict what?
>>2666072

I'm not going to have enough money to pay for next month's rent. I was just lucky enough to find a job, but they won't be able to pay me enough money for me to afford expenses to get me through this month.
I don't know what I'll do. There's no family or friends I can go to. Even If I budget $30 for food for the month, I'm still going to be about $400 short.
I tried making money with crypto, and it worked, but I just had to cash out the majority in order to pay this month's finances. Now I have a measly $130 in crypto. And unless I get lucky like I did before and x5 my investment, I'm fucked.
I don't know what to do and don't have any friends and I'm really not enjoying this hopeless feeling.
>>2665968
Ask for an advance.
>>2665972
I just got the job and of course that has crossed my mind, but is it really worth the risk of making me looking terrible and just getting a flat out "no"? How realistic is getting an advance?
>>2665968
Beg for money at a shopping center or some really populated place. Pay a kid to play your son and tell him if he does really well you'll give him half the money. Repeat for a few days until you have all you need.
Need help understanding some things about bitcoin
- what specific purpose do nodes serve? They are used to help secure the network, but how do they do so?
- Are all miners nodes?
- Why don't they limit the amount of work one miner can do, wouldn't this help take away the power of the chinese miners?
- if bitcoin is open source, does this mean anybody can be a core developer? Who determines who is the lead dev? Who gets to make changes to the code?
>>2665937
Also interested in the last question
>>2665941
>>2665937
its probably like any other big open source project, theres a organisation or something behind it with the core dev, like the linux foundation, code changes can depending on their policy be done by anyone by making a merge request/commit into their official git, which will get reviewed and if proven good merged into the codebase
>>2666061
Well is there any info on these people?
I think this is the best place to put this
I had a serious injury on the job
Was in the ICU for 2 days, hospital for 9 total days
Catheder in for 2 weeks
Still haven't been back to work after a month
I was wondering if I should hire a lawyer and sue the city I work for?
Any advice?
Im home all day and every commercial during the day time is a personal injury lawyer and it got me thinking
What happened?
>>2665933
Got rekt by a venomous snake
>>2665887
If it was your own stupidity, then no.
If it was someone else to blame then yes.
You are literally not buying the espers dip right now. How does being poor feel?

Damn. Next time don't buy at ath.
2 days in, is it fair to call this a bancor level failure after launch on bittrex.
I hope people can learn to stop buying these overhyped ICOs
>>2665876
It'll moon once all the ICO buyers flip and the whales who've been accumulating start pumping.
>>2665876
It's just as much overpriced as bancor. BNT is 40 lines of codes, this one is a fucking app.
