What's to stop these ICOs from just running off with all the money? Where's our insurance? Also what are the ICO funds intended to be used for. Asking for a friend, of course. He's scared about his investment is all.

They only tax net gains right? Like if I'm down 5% but went up 10% in the year only to lose it all it's not taxed?

ETH will rocket past 300 EOW. Now onto the next order of business. Refute the following points:

IOTA - high potential in terms of being the first IoT blockchain. Developed by PhDs, many of them that have researching the field for almost a decade. Directed specifically for systems that require high-throughput. Rumour is that they'll be one of the new EEA members to be announced in EEA3 or 4, but don't tell this to anyone.

WAVES - Kind of like ARK. Some nice interoperability features. Deloitte is showing interest in collaborating with them. It's known that Vitalik Buterin keeps an eye on the project and a relationship with the dev team.

ZCASH - Highly undervalued. Team seems top-notch and the tech is great. Their attitude of sharing knowledge with the Ethereum dev team and of being part of the EEA shows that they're here to stay. That means massive increases in valuation.

Monero - dark alternative to ZCASH. Open-source and will potentially try to get ahead of ZCASH by attempting harder to innovate. Has been performing very well in the past year.

Augur - releasing soon. I have the highest of hopes in this token because it'll present a glimpse of the first use cases of free markets on top of a blockchain. Tech seems fantastic and the team is extremely careful with what they communicate and promise to deliver.

ICN releasing on August 1st. I believe it'll bring lots of new investors into the Ethereum ecosystem by opening the possibility of investment to millions of traditional investors in an easy way.

Charlie lee is a scammer. He owns ETC. That is all you need to know.
>>
>>2713259
What is scammy about owning ETC? It just means you prefer blockchains that haven't been manipulated by shitty programmers.

Does anyone else think that the FUD against ETH threads that have been going on the past few weeks was done by LTC shills?

Also, isn't it convenient that Charlie was misquoted right before the price began to rise?

All the fud for EVERY alt comes from Bitcoin maximalists. Hang out in a few chatrooms and you will see these whales trying their hardest to protect their BTC investment.

The idea being that any alt coin damages BTC in the long term?

How does one reliably discern shill from non-shill?

you're not too late, but you do need some good starting capital now. 10k at least is ideal. get some bitcoin and research good altcoins to make more bitcoins with.
>>
>>2713233
You don't need alot of starting capital. All that matters is the gains.
>>
YES

You're too late. The bull run is over for now. The smart move is to wait until Aug 1st and the BTC Fork. Also Audi is a sand nigger car, go with BMW.

>(work is a stressful shithole recently - literally a sinking ship, mental health suffering)
>Notice period nearing end
>"Anon, won't you stay with us we need help with these awful year end spreadsheets you're the only one who can do it"
>Well if you offer me a payrise sure
>£21K - £23.5K
>Temp four weeks (this is the integral part)
>Take job back, realise work is going to take me 4x the estimate per client.
>Meanwhile office continues to spiral into a bottomless pit of despair
>Take a sick day off on Friday
>Take a sick day off on Monday
>Take a sick day off Today

>"Please be advised that your fixed term contract is terminated and you do not need to come back in."
>Literally just that
>Took the whole situation for granted because I know they need me
>Probably still do need me but head office probably pushed to get rid of me since they hate me
>Massively releived but faced with the fun task of finding a new job ASAP
>Apply to 15 jobs today
>Pray I find one else I'll be a bum

Tired of working the shit 9 to 5 . Anyone have any ideas on craftable consumer products ? I have access to a work shop with a variety of tools. I've made jewlwery but haven't gotten far with it. Looking for a niche market of things I can make that people need or heavily want ? I think this fits in biz . If anyone can help compile a list of suggestions that would be much appreciated .
Thanks, pic unrelated

My parents payed $200 for a nice raised garden bed. It's basically just wood. Mass produce some and go to those homoramas in your city to advertise. Alternatively, offer cheap car repairs on CL

https://blog.aragon.one/aragon-q2-development-update-a014f7de2624

Aragon just released their Q2 development updates an hour ago.

Devs for Aragon will now be having bi-weekly updates livestreamed on Youtube every other Friday.

The developments coming along for this coin look amazing. I've done research and tried out their alpha product and so far it looks amazing.
Just sharing because I think this thing is going to be huge.

As for products, my tip is to sell shit that you can't just go buy from a Walmart. You want stuff somewhat unique/trendy that people will actually buy, not just think "oh I can get that at xxxxxx"
