Why? Because i hate money
LTC is going to moon to about $500 soon, and i dont want to be a complete piece of shit and profit from that. I hate what i have become because of money. I have cut off from all my friends and made out im too good to be around them. Ive lost contact with all my family because of my arrogance

Money is a disease i wish i never became rich. DONT BUY LTC IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR SOUL.

Oh so youre a soulless bastard who only cares about acquiring vast sums of money and having fancy stuff and loads of women? Fine be an asshole. Buy LTC. We wont miss you, jerk

Well OP if you're selling your bags then that means it's going to go down.
Don't let OP fool you, people. Sell your LTC now

I'm a beginner who wants to mine some LTC, possibly some BTC or other cryptos.

What sort of hardware do I need?/Should I use my decently powerful desktop? How do I get the coins into my wallet? What sort of pools should I join? etc

Help me out /biz/

>>
there are fourms that explain this extensively
biz isn't going to help you much

you have to decide which algorithm you want to mine and with what hardware if you ever want to make money
you could try mining bitcoin on your desktop but it's like 1 in 100000000000000000000 chance you mine any
>>
you missed the boat by about 5 years
>>
>>2739905
I was I kid, I couldn't do much about it. I've heard that the recent price explosion made mining them viable again. Does this apply to any coins or is it just memes?

#FirstBlood devs deployed all the new features 2 days ago now counting down @firstbloodio 's Beta. Announcement coming soon! Stay tuned!

> all time high of $2.80
> 9th highest volume crypto in 24 hours
> trading at $1.20
> chinese and koreans love dota2 and esports
> public beta coming out in a matter of days

If you haven't bought any of this yet you must like not making money. This is going to be huge.

I have connections with some of the devs and the previews they've shown of the beta look so sick. This is going to be bigger than draft kings just you watch.

what's on the roadmap after this beta?
is it worth holding on to 1st long term?

yeah nah. not buying your bags. next time make it more subtle. being in the slack group isn't 'having connections with some of the devs'. absolutely shameless shilling.

How feasible would it be to start an unregulated crypto investment fund? All I'll do is promise normies guaranteed 20-30% ROI (easily achievable with cryptos) then ask for a 5% commission or something. I'm from a third world country so I probably won't get caught as long as my operations stay small enough.

>>2739838

I have genuinely considered doing this.

I work in legal for an investment fund. maybe we should work together
>>
>>2739849

Sure, but I doubt we live in the same country.

What would be a fair return to promise people? And how much should I charge? I was thinking of charging a flat sum upon entering the fund, then the 5% commission when they cash out. Or is that too Jewish?

So I have a bit of a gift for finding undervalued penny coins which have the ability to boom.

My lasted pick is Score coin.
Only 16 million circulating supply with $31,000 marketcap. Price is still under 100 sats at some exchanges. The dev claims to be working on masternodes too. It's a bit rough around the edges, but I feel like it has some huge potential. I might be wrong. It's a bit of a risk but the volume is really starting to pick up now. I just think it could actually rise a lot in value one day. It seems to be on a decent run right now.

Cryptopia is where most of the volume is right now.

Guys, new ethminer seems to be giving 25,5-26 (with oc ofc) mh for eth, which sounds awesome
Is this true?
But what about other coins?
I want to know your opinions?

not bad considering the price
still we need opinions on 1060 mining performance by the users that have it

Two 3gb 1060 give me average effective has-rate of 47.3 MH/s (+800 on memory)

If you rule the world and would rather keep the masses domesticated and dependent, you don't just walk away from the fiat system. What's the plan to maintain supremacy? What's the plan, man?

They will attempt to break the chains that connects the blocks. Once that happens all blockchains will fall apart. That is why Iota will be the future of currency, not blockchain based currencies.
>>
>>2739767
The fuck is lota?
>>
well they've been paying to stall bitcoin's progress for years now but eventually they will have to try to destroy it. that will set back crypto 10 years. it will lose the normies trust and the meme "yeah but look what happened to bitcoin" will be too much to overcome.

then they will issue their cryptocurrencies but only after everyone can be tracked on the internet.

This can easily pump to 10sat with some whales behind it.

I'm about to start a degree in biomedical engineering in October.

I chose it because I've got good grades and it sounds hella interesting.

But I haven't really considered career prospects, money, or hope future-proof it is in the next 20 years.

What does /biz/ think?

2. dentistry requires your services and is profitable

Also, I want someone interesting. I couldn't think of a worse waste of a STEM education than dentistry
