Is this a good strategy? I need advice. This is starting to be a lot of silver and I am beginning to feel like Smog the Dragon. Also, my gf doesn't know about my habit.

Why do people keep lying about ethereum mining. Sure it's not as profitable as it was a few months ago, but I'm still making money. People keep saying that the electricity costs more than the coins your getting and that's total bullshit. If China wanted to they could shut down Bitcoin tomorrow since at least 75% of the hash rate is under their control. Arguably it would be far harder to take down VertCoin since you would need to take out a lot more than 3 entities to take out the majority of the hash rate. Plus, imagine in the future if everyone is mining in their home, this gives people a stake in the coin and massively decentralises the network. Vertcoin is ultimately a currency where the miners are the community, unlike in BTC where the miners and community are completely different groups of people.
