Dunno, but I picked some up last night around 8k.
the bands are tightening so we'll see some action soon

ICO price was 1 ETH = 1170 ADX and campaign started when ETH was $300. So about $4.00 per token.
total coin supply is 100 million. Mostly slavs running it.
Haters and trolls are not welcome here.
Okay /Biz/, I'm 21, just graduated and got myself a job and currently working out where is best to invest my money once I've started earning.
Here is a plan I've been thinking about to invest in property, in about two years hopefully...
>Sister and I thinking about joint mortgage, £100k-£120k potential.
>Get 4 bedroom house and rent out two rooms to friends.
>Each end up paying £400 per month and within 5 years mortgage is paid off.
>After 5 years passive income from rent, owned property. Sister and I split earnings, move out and rent the other two rooms. £800 a month passive income.
>Get own personal mortgage after 5 years with hopefully higher salary and £9.6k passive income and buy another 4 bedroom house. Rent out three rooms and repeat the process.
>Another 5 years and I will have two properties, 6 rooms rented out generating £2.4k per month of passive income. That's £28.8k annually.
>Will be 31-33 by then, and will want to settle down and start a family. £2.4k per month coming in, would pay for a nice mortgage on a big house (I'd love to move to America and live in the suburbs. Britbong here)
Is this an impractical idea? The math adds up to me, but I am not from a wealthy family. No inheritance to spent. Just the sweat off my own back.
I haven't got a penny in the bank but I'm starting to earn money again after wasting my life in University for 3 years.
Have I missed anything?
>Have I missed anything?
You said you haven't got a penny in the bank, you will need at least a 10% deposit. Does your sister have £10k?
Other than student loan do you have any other debts?
When you are a landlord, even a "live in" landlord you will have extra costs, such as insurance, etc
>>2765221
>within 5 years
>rent out two rooms to friends
You think your friends in their early 20s will want to live in your house for 5 years?
When they don't, will you rent the rooms out to strangers?
>>2765221
You are making an assumption that you will always have renters and never have property damage.
Its a sound idea but how will you deal with the first property of you only have 1 or 3 tennants? Who is responsible for damages in which room? Can you trust your sister to sit on money for repairs? Are you trustworthy of holding money for repairs? Who decides which contractor to use for repairs? If you can fix it yourself will your sister compensate you? Who decides when you want to sell the house?
You are putting the cart before the horse.
Counting your chickens before they hatch.
Other idioms.
Guys Kraken stopped USD withdrawals shit is about to go up in flames.
NOW LISTEN CAREFULLY, THE PRICE WILL GO UP NOW
This is how it works:
Imagine Kraken has 10000 btc and lets say 23.000.000$ on the bank. 1 Coin 2300 $
Now people want their money, to do this they want the dollars but they cant get them so they will buy the btc and send them somewhere else.
Imagine ppl pull out 5.000 btc, this would double the price for the remaining coins.
23.000.000$ on the bank and 5000 coins = 1 Coin 4600 $
THE FIRST 2000$ PRICE SPIKE HAPPEND BECAUSE OKCOIN CLOSED USD WITHDRAWALS LOOK UP THE DATE
The bots will copy the exchange price just like they did with OKCoin..
THE 3000$ PRICE SPIKE HAPPEND BECAUSE BITFINEX CLOSED USD WITHDRAWALS FUCKING LOOK UP THE DATE IDIOT
This pushed every coin they had up.
Now here is the wierd part - when the difference between BTC prices on other exchanges gets too big ppl will buy ETH because thats the only other coin you can trade on kraken too. SO if this happens ETH will go up too, very fast.
Maybe some exchanges trolled us and they have never had the btc nor the money and we will see it all unfolding because of the happening yesterday (20 Billion pulled out) this is why I'll advice you to
GET YOUR FUCKING BTC OUT OF YOUR FUCKING EXCHANGE AN HOLD ONTO YOUR ROCKET SEATS
>>2765214
kill yourself
>>2765214
How you know this?
>ppl will buy ETH because thats the only other coin you can trade on kraken too.
have you ever seen the kraken website?
So this... is the power of NEO. WOW
Ah nice. It has the crypto wireframe polygon thing.
Pretty happy about this, think its gonna be life changing. My friends and family bought 100k at the dip and now we are off for some egg fried rice.
Dumping before the conference. It has Statis/DGB/Qtum written all over it.
Its gonna be on bitfinex(first token release on any exchange) in 15 minutes...
Getting at least 200k tokens. This baby is gonna 10x.
700 owners from a pre sale(didnt even reach ico stage), great token distribution, great team, great business model.
Market cap is only 12 million.
inb4 10x
ICO had 3 stages: community presale (anybody who was in their slack some days before ICO), then for Cofound.it priority pass holders, and 3rd stage wozuld have been for public.
Public ICO was never reached, as in stage 2 it sold out in 4 blocks.
Team seems to be solid, they did NOT ask for more money and raise the cap (altough they easily could have done this) and capped ot to 45000 ETH.
So this WILL raise above ICO price. How far we will see..

The real life equivalent of what these guys are working on is the bloomberg terminal an its worth 40 billion. Sentiment also have no competitors...
Buy this if you want to see massive gains.
Thank God for the chinks.
>>2765082
thank you chinks, up more please and thankyou
I don't trust it. I work graveyards and have been looking at charts all night. I was able to recover $200 of the dollers I lost during all this shit. I am going to convert the BTC from it all to USDT in the coming hours before I pass out, may re-enter if it drops a lot. Otherwise I'm waiting until the end of July or beginning of Aug. I'm still bearish as fuck.
Will this bounce us up into the 2400s for a few days?
What's preventing me from taking out a $1,000,000 in the US (assuming I have the credentials to do so) and then booking it to a Caribbean country, buying a citizenship (Dominica-$100,000; Granada; $250,000), and never returning to pay back the loan?
Having sailed to Dominica before, I found that is is a lovely and cheap country to live in. And buying a citizenship for 100k with 900k left over would set me up to live like a king. So what would stop this from happening? Would the bank send their boys after me? Are there some international laws forbidding this?
>>2765069

>$1,000,000 "loan" in the US
