/biz/ I have 90k USD in the bank, a rental property completely paid off, the house I am living in I owe 84k on. Whenever I go into the bank the tellers are always trying to shill me their investment funds.
Want to tell them I made 30k of ETH in the last three months.
Was thinking of just paying off my house but I am only paying 2.75% interest. Should I just buy another home and rent out the one I am currently in?
I want to buy a Porsche Cayman S a 2006-2012 model.
Getting deployed with my army unit for 9 months at the beginning of the year.
Just have a lot on my plate and looking for ideas.

I have a few bitcoins but I mostly cashed out of eth around 330-350 range.
I know the car is a waste of money, but I have nothing else really to spend my money on other then trying to acquire more money.
That is why I am buying used too. Most of the depreciation has already happened.
Thing is it will be more like 100k when I leave and when I come back i should be in the 140k range.

For the last month, there has been major sell walls keeping the price from going up on ETH, but there have been enough buy orders placed that the walls are constantly being fought back.
Today, after this most recent dip. Those sell walls, for the first time in a month, are disappearing. Prepare for lift off boys.

Not your usual crypto thread.
Last year I got a job after years of NEETdom. I was in such a state that I didn't dare spend most of the money I got just in case I lost my job and needed it. In the meantime I got used to not spending much and I've saved 70-80% of my money. Now that it's getting to be a reasonable sum I'm thinking it's a bad idea to just keep it on the debit card account. Any suggestions on what to put it in? Are long term bank deposit a bad choice? Not looking to invest or get stock/crypto market tips.
