so i wrote a bot that scans markets for arbitrage opportunities between btc/ltc markets based and there aren't very many opportunities as that pair is moving pretty close. I've expanded that bot now, to look for opportunities between multiple markets but the issue is i'm trading shit coins and i can't estimate the confirmation/transfer time.
for example CXT is 5000 sats at yobit and 9000 sats at cryptopia. Great opportunity. Problem is CXT requires 200 confirmations, which I only found out from digging up the ANN. Is there some way I can calculate this automatically as well?

Ethereum growth is unjustified too when you look at usage. The current altcoin boom is mostly caused by alpha bay secretly pouring assets into bitcoin and other altcoins, and the current dip is cause by the sell-off of alpha bays black altcoins and bitcoins.
