As it's generally the case, altcoins bleed when BTC rises or dips too fast. What do you think it's the best course of action here: I'm holding Stratis and Factom, both went down ever since BTC started to rise. Should I sell them and hold BTC or wait until BTC's money is poured into altcoins again?

Since I started following my strategy to the letter, I've had much less hiccups in trading.
I'm so glad I sold at 5% loss right now because otherwise I't would be 10%. Also glad I sold at 7% gain respectively the other days because then it allows me to complete many more trades/day and not get burned trying to get a moon that most likely won't happen.
What's yours /biz/ and how do you stay disciplined about it ?
