For what, faggot? Shilling memecoins and shitposting?
>>2845656
Who is this semon demon?
Okay as the subject title suggests I am new to this cryptocurrency game. Everyone is probably sick of these types of posts but help would be greatly appreciated.
I made a BTC wallet using Copay but I have no idea on how to actually trade BTC.
I tried using coinbase but apparently it doesn't support New Zealand.
Also, if anyone has any spare BTC...

twisted turd finally semi mooning right now...bagholders rejoice

I've bought a couple of thousand SNT after the ico sale and double dip market crash. It's a very interesting coin for sure... they are basically creating a push notification chat client that also serves as a plaform for other eth apps. The coin is dirt cheap atm.
I can easily see this one getting to 1, even 10 dollars a pop.
>>2845746
to get to $1, it literally needs to have a marketcap of $3.5 billion dollars...not impossible if crypto really blows up but damn.
>>2845763
how do you calculate this?
So i made a bot in python for trading USDT_BTC on poloniex.
It's not very fancy. It basically just makes trades based on the weighted average and the current price. It tries to make a trade once every 5 minutes. So far it's made me about $2.35 per day. Not too great but i plan on adding more to it to make it do more.
Just thought i would share that with you biznessmen.
>>2845609
your bot should track volume and the order book not the price, dumbass
teach me
Let me give it a test run
Looks like we had a slight dip to 2600 and it's already on the way back up. Nervous yet?
>I'm gonna buy back in at 1900!
>Nah bro, it's gonna go down all the way 1600!
>A-any minute now...
>Good thing we tethered heheh r-right guys?
>Stop going up aaaaa!
I would be glad if there would be a dip, but it's not happening
so "we" already btfo
Ever since BIP91 locked in, I've been laughing at all the "I'm gonna buy the weekend dip" posts on here, plebbit & bitcointalk.
What makes you think it's gonna follow the old pattern after such a major change?
Don't you people know that a pattern only works until it doesn't?
You faggots need to learn to stop trying to use the past to predict the future.
>inb4 huge dip on tuesday just to fool expectations
redpill me on a business administration degree
what is the ultimate business degree? I would like to work in the music industry with my degree.
>>2845591
Why would you need a degree to work in the music industry? Just meet some connects and go from there. I have a handful of friends who are kind of big in the EDM scene. Most artist are pretty self sufficient. Running the books for shows and or overseeing stagehand deals would be fairly niche and a good entry point imo
short yourself

I would like to work for a big streaming company like Spotify ideally. A MBA would most likely help right?
Stock market capitalization $100 trillion usd. Bond market capitalization $70 trillion usd. Physical gold market cap $5 trillion usd. And plenty of worthless paper gold on top of that.
Move 1% out of that to cryptos = $ 1.7trillion usd.
Plenty of investors start allocating 1% - 5% of net worth to cryptos. To not miss out on next revolutionary tech.
Yes, crypto market trades with some premium. Some call it a bubble. But there is a fundamental value. Like in https protocol. And money will move in quickly.
We are at the beginning of new asset class. Initial $ 1.7 trillion will bring BTC to $38,500.
And it will happen faster than you think.
Be sure to own 21 BTC for future Rothchild status.
that means i need to get to ~30 btc to have a million...tfw only 6-7 btc right now...feels bad man.
Why is nobody talking about on the best performing new tokens of the year? Veritaseum intends to displace the largest capitol markets in the world and is already lining up major customers. (Jamaican stock exchange and more)
They have released their analysis of their closest competitor (gno) for free on their website.
Nice! Just bought 100k :)
Nobody here cares about veritaseum because you can't buy it on exchanges.

i have 27.851 in my trezor thinking about trading back to eth cus its nearly 1:1 and i bought my stash with 8.6 eth
Is it going back to $60 some day?
>>2845545
it just went from 28 back up to 40 in what a week? what do you mean do something?
>>2845758
It just went down because bitcoin did. the stable price has been $40 for quite a while not.
>>2845758
It needs to make an ATH. The only reason i diversified is to constantly have one of my coins making ATHs, and this coins performance is not satisfactory. If it keeps on being boring im going to dump it.
When is it gonna dip??
I thought shit goes down during the weekend
Sunday its gonna dip buy then
>>2845530
STRATIS IS ON THE ETH PATH
THIS IS NOT A DRILL ANON, STRATIS GETTING ICOS, ITS FIRST ONE IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS
WE ARE AT THE 6$ MARK NOW, JUST LIKE ETHEREUM USED TO BE.
GOING TO OVER 200$ DONT MISS OUT
Bought in at .16 and sold at .22. My bet is that it will rise a little more before having a correction.

Does anyone else here browse /biz/ strictly to know what coins NOT to buy and for comedic relief?
Too many times to count I'm:
>thinking of a specific coin I want to buy
>check to see if its on /biz/
>hm, multiple threads shilling the fuck out of it
>decide not to buy
>the price falls
>read about 20 pink wojak posters crying about losing their money to shills and pajeets
These 2 things are literally the only thing /biz/ is useful for, kek
thanks for the idea
most shill threads on /biz/ are a step too late. Something already mooned, someone bought in too late, and now they think they can at least get their money back by shilling.
I onlyvown btc, but I post in almost every alt thread just to spread fud and memes
Most of the people posting pink wojacs didn't even buy the coin
Ask me how I know that
What wallet do you hold EOS? I'm reluctant to use Exodus as it has no 2FV and seems insecure. What other options are there? ...... Is there a difference between the tokens from the EOS.io and from an exchange like shapeshift?
Hoping for a moonshot some day ala Ethereum because my friend Jeff likes it and he seems to know his stuff..

>Started a small store on ebay
>Customer purchases a sealed windows 95 disk from me
>Doesn't leave any feedback
>three and a half weeks go bye
>Gives me a negative with the message "not recommended"
>He never attempted to message me before, have no idea why have gave me a negative review
>Won't answer my messages
>Have to go through ebay to get this bullshit removed
>>2845450
I have a ton of these storys. I think I'm at 250 feedback and finally got my first negative feedback.
>sold an old US dollar bill worth like $50
>leaves negative feedback saying he didnt like the packaging
>email him asking if the item was damaged in transit
>buyer says yes it arrived damaged, wants me to refund him $30
>ask to see pictures
>he sends 4 pictures of the padded envelope torn up
>ask to see a picture of the item
>never hear from him again
>>2845450
Part of the game. Here's one I had recently:
>sold a $10 item
>hear nothing about it for nearly a month
>files an item not delivered claim and leaves negative feedback
>"this item doesn't work. why would you send this item to a different country if it doesn't work?"
>I go "wut" because that shit was mailed to Florida, post the tracking number
>He never acts on the claim, it autoexpires, still have the feedback but never had to refund the money.
I think some reseller bought the item, mailed it out the country, and then HIS buyer told him it wasn't working, which isn't my fucking problem. I think he realized he fucked up mentioning how it had been shipped out of the country and filing the claim as a "item not received". Of course I have the fucking negative but it is what it is.
Don't get too discouraged. I've noticed an increase in these over the past few years as mobile sales have increased. People download the app, don't really understand eBay, and they just act like it's Facebook. That and eBay is trying desperately to be like Amazon and if they continue fucking up, it's going to kill their business.
>live in country A(not USA)
>have 1 btc
>make it 100(example)
>do not cash out therefore not paying any taxes
>move to country B(any country?)
>cash out
Would I have to pay income taxes on that?
I mean, I already had all that property before going to country B.
>>2845434
>cashing out
Bitcoin is the way of the fucking future. you will hold this shit until you don't need to convert.
>>2845434
You have to pay capital gains on the 99 BTC even if you don't cash out. All crypto currencies are considered property. The IRS expects every property trade to be converted to dollar equivalent at time of trade and gain or loss reported and paid capital gains tax on.
>>2845524
nvm just noticed you said (not USA)
