what did he mean by this?
Opinions on FunFair? This honestly looks like a promising coin
Having fun yet?
I bought about 91,000 during the ICO and bought another 30,000 more (day trading some of it). In September after the next token sale it will likely pump up by a few hundred sats, maybe more if they reveal any extra major information like partnerships. It'll definitely disrupt the online casino market next year so I'm holding for the long run until it's a few thousand sats which will definitely happen albeit a long time from now. Don't buy this if you want short-term gains, it's very unlikely, at best you can day trade those 15-30% fluctuations.
You can join their discord and ask the lead developer whatever you like in there since he's very active discord.gg/rwETqSP . Fun fact, the developer was the founder of Argonaut and helped design the Super FX chip that was used in Star Fox.
I like the idea of passive revenue streams and believe online gambling like this has huge potential. If my other plays come good, I'll definitely consider putting a significant amount in this.
I hate the name of the project though and I hate the token name. It doesn't feel genuine. People who online gamble take themselves seriously and want to play serious games. This looks like it's designed as play money for kids.
I'm hoping the casinos that build on this don't adopt the name or refer to the FUN token in anyway because I don't think it will be taken seriously.

Serious response. In order for your business to even function, there has to be a demand for inferior goods. Your target audience will have to be low income neighborhoods. Once you find a potential market, that is when you can actually consider other things that you'll need to run your business.
I personally have little knowledge on purchasing wholesale items to stock your store. All I know is that you need to find reliable suppliers, and keep track of which goods sale more commonly (along with offering a variety of goods). I cannot recall what these plans are called, but based on precious research that I've made, convenience stores have some sort of organization for their goods that supposedly increase sales. I'm assuming popular goods are placed through the midsection of a shelf, lesser but essential goods at the bottom, etc. I'm also sure this has a lot to do with the size of the goods.
You should also look into all the legal things that you have to get out of the way. Such as registering your business with the state, I'm pretty sure you need a license for selling wholesale goods. You'll need to charge local taxes which can vary depending on your location (state, federal, county, city, special taxes).
Noticed how recent ICOs are all starting to moon after being accumulated a bit below ICO price? This one hasn't taken off yet but check out the order book, whale activity spotted.

What does 'Pump And Dump' mean
Pump and dump is a scheme that attempts to boost the price of a stock through recommendations based on false, misleading or greatly exaggerated statements. The perpetrators of this scheme, who already have an established position in the company's stock, sell their positions after the hype has led to a higher share price. This practice is illegal based on securities law and can lead to heavy fines.

You think if Bitcoin crashes down ETH won't follow?
Not gonna crash, but you guys have to realize that something can't just constantly move up. Also long as the drops aren't too deep, and btc stabilizes around the 2200-2700 range, things should be fine long term (from what can be judged, as of right now).

What's even funnier is the people telling the retards to hold in one thread and then make fun of them for not selling in the next.

But the coin will moon regardless
I like the idea of Status and I see a lot of potential in it. Are there any other similar projects I should be investing in? I am aware of Toshi but as far as I know there is no token/coin associated with Toshi and no way to invest in it (please correct me if I'm wrong).

I bought at 240 and would wait unless you need the money back now. There's a lot that can happen between now and then.
You can always sell and buy back in but it'll be at a loss, and you will miss the original moon mission.
