There's a huge wall at 2800.
MACD says it's on its way down.
RSI is middle of the road.
Trading sideways all day since the 2840 peak
But what did it mean by this giant cup and handle?
Whenever I take a position, the market does the exact opposite though.
Prepare for the crashening, I'm hodling.
a curveball might be coming where btc crashes and alts rise leading up to the fork and then btc moons to 3500 after fork...please let it happen
>>2899566
It just doesn't make sense. The demand is increasing as the date approaches because people want to hold BTC to get access to what is seen as a free altcoin. Ofcourse, it's not free, the opportunity cost is holding bitcoin during the time of uncertainty. You could be right though, because it seems like I'm expecting what "everyone" is expecting, the price goes up until August 1st when the trading goes haywire and the price dips hard for weeks before ever approaching that ATH or higher.
Who else here pulling out until fork?
>>2899459
>pulling out before a huge moon mission
Retard
I am.
>>2899467
Moon mission?
The most sincere and honest response at the moment we are living is "I do not know what will happen." And it is most likely to be something completely different from a moon mission.
Bitcoin $6000 by the end of August. Screencap this
I don't believe you.
you can buy my BTC now for 6000
>>2899438
Hey !!!! It's me in this photo !!! Where did you find it ???
I plan to go on a damn vacay and I WILL NOT spend my time there refreshing fuckin blockfolio. No!
My portfolio on Bittrex is 50% monero 50% stratis. If I just shut down this fuckin piece of shit computer and go away, return Aug 5th - what will I see?
$0 balance?
Intact?
What will they do to it if I just leave it as is now?
>>2899426
>If I just shut down this fuckin piece of shit computer and go away, return Aug 5th - what will I see?
50% monero 50% stratis
>>2899437
fucking retards man
>>2899426
since monero and stratis are getting a hard fork on august 1, your portfolio will get decimated in value if u leave them in the exchange, yes.
what u need to do is buy heroine with all ur xmr (cuz it's super secret) and overdose on it.
Im creating a spread sheet to calculate how much money I could make theoretically staking with biz_classic.
The formula I used is this:
(422 x 90% payout x (your stake/current total pool size))- .1 TX fee
(422 x .9 x [wallet amount]/1353389)- .1 = DAILY x 365 = yearly
((422 x .9 x [wallet amount]/1353389)x 7)- .1 = WEEKLY x 52 = yearly
((422 x .9 x [wallet amount]/1353389)x 30)- .1 = MONTHLY x 12 = yearly
What I discovered, according to my spreadsheet, it turns out that the more ARK you have the LESS you receive YEARLY if you receive MONTHLY payouts rather than WEEKLY payouts. How the fuck is this true? Where did I fuck up. With current transfer fees, you should receive more with MONTHLY payouts (per month) rather than WEEKLY payouts (per month). What the hell?
Someone help me out here, its fucking driving me insane.
pic related.
With monthly payouts, your wallet only increases in size after a month. You forge a little less each day since other wallets are growing daily or weekly, so the pool becomes larger with you owning the same amount. This is the same as you having a smaller percentage of the ark pool.
Or something like that. I didn't do any math.
>>2899425
ah fuck!
I forgot about growing pool size
will now need to add this then
(CURRENT POOL SIZE-current wallet stake)+ theoretical wallet amount.
Fucking thanks!
>>2899445
well made this adjustment, and forgot about wallets growing in size due others staking...fuck me!
what a crazy formula HA!
Every major exchange supports Bitcoin Cash.
How does this make you feel?
>>2899334
As soon as one major exchange decided to recognize BCC, the rest of them had to follow-suit to avoid a mass exodus of capital.
Simple shit.
What people (Americucks, mostly) aren't expecting is the tax implication of the BTC -> BCC split. What happens when you're granted property that's worth $1400/each and then it suddenly plummets to $5?
Well, you owe taxes on the $1400. You can carry forward $3000/loss each year, but if you've got a big enough BTC holding...
> Sorry buddy
Don't think that the IRS isn't going to be watching this closely. It is their first, significant, opportunity to get a huge chunk of tax revenue from every American holding crypto on exchanges. They won't miss it.
Why do you think Cuckbase isn't recognizing BCC? Put 2 and 2 together.
By support you mean "exchanges are watching with extreme caution the possibility of adding a new altcoin & also potential scam named BCC"? I'm ok with it.
bcc is a huge fucking meme so stfu. Nothing is going to happen, it's all fucking bullshit. stop being a bunch of sheep, if you are being a greedy piece of shit for some new bullshit coin "bcc", you are going to lose a lot of money.
Business idea: Your IP gets banned from cross posting on certain boards. This solves the /pol/ problem on /biz/.
Obviously most people are able to reset their IP and post on whichever boards they please, but the added inconvenience of this might deter more of them from migrating here.
>>2899307
>This solves the /pol/ problem on /biz/.
at last, a final solution.
>>2899307
Make it so /pol/ users can't migrate to any other board for x amount of hours after posting on /pol/ and you have a deal
It'd instantly solve 90% of this site's problems
Just add flags. Lots of problems solved.
All you cryptogoobers make me shake my head to be honest. I'm a Canadian property owner and manager (for other owners) and it's near the end of the month. The plebs are flowing into my office to pay rent.
I hardly have to do anything. Just today some guy walked in and told me he could only pay half his rent. I said no problem, but I gave him an eviction notice right then and there and told him if I don't get the rest in two weeks with an extra $150 as a penalty for late payment I'll be taking further action. Most of these peons have no clue I'm not allowed to do that.
Another guy walked in to complain about another tenant breaking into his unit. I told him it's not my problem and to call the police. I deflect a lot of problems like this because I don't really give a shit. Then he told me he wants the locks changed and I told him that those are perfectly good locks and if he wants them replaced I'll have to bill him. When I get to pay myself like this I usually charge 60/hour plus a service fee plus materials.
Then there are all the retards on disability. The beauty about living in a welfare state is that you can jack up the rent on retards and ODSP will just keep giving more and more money. Their cheques come in every month ahead of time and in full... And these people will rent anything. I rented a shed with a space heater a while back for 550 a month to some schizo freak who bathed in the lake. Got away with it for 7 months till his worker went to visit him. Barely got a slap on the wrist.
I'm known around town as a slumlord but I don't really care. I'm about to deposit 20 large into my account and I've hardly collected half of my rents so far. Meanwhile you guys keep staring at dumb charts pretending like you can predict the future, hoping to make 10% gains on a few hundred bucks...Lets be honest, most of you are losing your savings or got stuck holding bags.
>>2899277
if this is true which is unlikely then I can't wait for the day when your tenants take you to court, and i hope it opens up a slew of previous tenants coming back to take hits at you.
scummy landlords are some of the worst people on this planet.
>canadian
stopped reading right there, i will be exiting your thread now and i wont open it again
your opinion is discarded
>>2899284
Take me to court for what?
Maybe I should upload a pic of the leases I get these retards to sign. 99% of renters don't read a fucking thing.
Bu-but muh weekend dip?
Have you even looked at alts?
if you have been in crypto for more than a month, you would have noticed that coins actually increased the most on fridays / sundays
fucking newfag
Is anyone here actually Indian?
Sirs, please buy esper$ sir, best coin hold against btc.. please sir.
>>2899228
no good sir! we are westerner just like you my friend :) pic unrelated is not me dear sir!
if biz has flag filters, im sure everyone that promotes garbage scamcoins like bitbay, espers or pows would be indian
This was 8x higher just a month ago, a return to the mean would be a hell of a ROI
>return to mean would be a hell of a ROI
ummm that's not how mean reversion strategies work sweetie
>>2899167
because the founders are exit scamming lmao
dont buy shit without at least making sure it isn't a scam
maybe, just maybe, it's because the cofounder said the coin is a scam? that might be why i'm not buying it. just a thought.
>>2899106
It's not dropping another fucking cent says the whale.
>>2899114
That was a 1.2 million dollar wall. Who owns over a million coins? Was this Vitalik?
>>2899114
but the satoshi value can drop, dragging the usd price down with it
Bancor is literally unstoppable.
>>2899084
>unstoppable on its way down
>>2899118
just sage and report for spam.
Once Segwit is implemented, wont the massively increased speed mean that Bitcoin will be even more volatile? Able to crash 50% in seconds?
>>2899055
Yes, sell nowwwwww
>>2899068
But anon, Im waiting for it to crash to 2k so I can buy.
>massively increased speed
Segwit doesn't increase the transaction speed by that much, it just makes it scale better, aka you dont have to wait days for your coins to arrive if there's massive trafic
However, segwit provides the framework for lightning network, which will make it very fast
but that would require ANOTHER hardfork of btc to implement
And no it will not crash, lucky for you, bitcoin is not used as a currency, its a store of value mostly
in your opinion
yes

no, his company wasn't even profitable until a few years ago
