Can someone tell me when the last BCC block was mined?

I'm looking at http://blockdozer.com/insight/blocks-date/2017-08-02 and it says the last block was mined nearly 11 hours ago.

Is that right? I'm trying to get my BCC on this exchange and it only needs 1 confirmation but I've been waiting hours.
Can someone tell me if this correct?

Help me make a decision guys. I have two employees currently working on probation for us and can only hire 1 of them. The position is for desktop support which means they go around fixing computers when they breakdown.

The first guy:

- 3 - 5 Years in IT related work

- Resolves almost all problems by reimagining the computer regardless how small or big the problem is. (Example: Windows or Microsoft word is slow. Gives client a loaner and proceeds to bring back machine to reimage it)

- Process takes 1 - 2 hours

The second guy:

- Just out of IT related school so first job

- Performs diagnostics on the computer and googles the problem and tries to fix it.

- Resolves problems a lot in less than an hour but very rarely can take 3 hours doing a job such as when a system is corrupt.

- Usually does job onsite meaning no bringing it back to our store to work on it or providing the client with a loaner.

It's my first time hiring someone ever and was wondering who I should hire?

>I tell him since I hired him that the specific details aren't my business, but their effect on the job he does for me are my business
>I tell him "If you were sick, why didn't you just say you couldn't do the job"
>Guy flips out and tells me to stop wasting his time--I have his work, and I haven't paid him/her yet
>The balls on this guy/gal


Even after all this, I'm such a nice guy that I end up paying this person. After I pay him/her, I tell him/her that it's best that we don't work with each other anymore. S/He STILL has attitude. And s/he tells me that they're glad they won't have to work for me anymore.

Am I so old that this is considered normal behavior? I mean, I could have gotten away with not paying them (I did).

That guy will end up posting 20 threads about how hard it is to make a living and how difficult clients/employers are, without realizing that it's his own fault.

And it's not my fault--I've hired several people off of slavelabour before and I've never had anything like this. I once had a little issue with someone, but it was a glitch and it was resolved asap.

I do work for other people myself, and I would NEVER give a client attitude before they paid me. It just seems so unbelievably stupid. I mean, if you're such a shitty person that you have a shitty attitude with your employers/clients, atleast be shitty once they've already paid you.

Honestly what's a good entrepreneur / business book? Almost all books are 200 to 600 pages of ''motivational quotes'' like "durr seize opportunities through your contacts" "hurr the best way to make sure that lucky things happen is to make sure a lot of things happen."

Not to mention most of those cunt that wrote the books are from Silicon valley and like to talk about their inner circle.

Complete full of shit that doesn't contribute to advancing anyone's career.
