Does anyone else get panic attacks due to the volatility of the crypto markets? I'm starting to think this isn't for me. I've got a steady job but I've given up going out with friends and I hardly ever speak to my family anymore because of it. My relationship with my girlfriend is also becoming strained because I refuse to put money towards things like going out for meals, cinema etc.
I literally had a good life but fell for the get rich quick coin meme and now it's even worse. To add to things, I'm now below my initial investment. All this time and I've lost money, friends, family and probably soon, my gf.
I'm done biz.

I have been building my dog a crypto portfolio as she sits on my floor while I trade and she really likes crypto. What other coins can I get for my dog? So far she has:

I think she really likes block the most she gets really happy when I show her the screen of it the most. I just want to make her happy and have someone to share my crypto experiences with. I keep her coins in a separate blockfolio and she often outperforms me on a percentage basis every day.

I resigned from an accounting job I had for 3 years yesterday. I took a bunch of files with me on an external hard drive. The reason I did that is I was fishing for an independent contractor gig from them. They've done that for others. Today, I got a cease and desist letter from their lawyer. They want that hard drive and they're threatening legal action if I don't respond by tomorrow. They contacted me via email.
Seems to me they're trying to scare me into giving them that back so they don't miss payments to clients. I was the sole person handling that. What are the chances they actually sue me? And for what? My net worth is nothing comparatively. I've gotten these for torrenting before and just ignored them. Is this different?
