I don't make very much, but I don't have many expenses. Started "investing" extra money with ETH in May/June. I have been mining with NiceHash since June, and recently switched over to Claymore to mine ETH with a 1070 and invest the profits, considering dual mining after this next payout tomorrow. Payouts are around 20/week currently.
I got in .5 ETH @ 319.
Made my first slight gains with .75 ETH in @ 228, out @ 271.
I did some other trading while ETH crashed -- made a few trades which worked out to 20% profits on .75 ETH -- still waiting for it to hit green on my initial investment since I'm technically in the red if you don't dollar cost average.
I since am out of my original 220 position of 1 ETH @ 240 last week (wish I waited, obv) after the big trading sideways Aug 1 anti-initial-eth-climax, and hold 1 ETH in cold storage.
I just split up 1.25 in ETH in to alt tokens -- I've made a few trades (in and out of NEO, STRAT and SNT -- making no more than 10%, and since they are all relatively small values it feels less stressful to 'test-invest'.
Moon missions & value invested above ~.1 BTC
SIGT -- got in too high for LTC during some extra confidence during ETH ATH, 52$ :( -- just sent .6LTC over to craptopia for *fingers crossed* SIGT's ultimate pickup on Bittrex, got in @ 0.00309990LTC
VIA in @ .00039990 BTC for hxc biz shill moon mission (passed on gainz even -- playing for higher stakes now I guess) --
NEO in @ .07111128 ETH -- actually I made 20% on NEO yesterday and then bought back at a higher price bc of shill here... regretting this this morning..!

ZEC in @ .80000000 ETH
GNT in @ .0012717 ETH
XRP in @ .0007886 ETH
SNT in @ .0003082 ETH

I have a few other shit coins with less than .05 invested or left over from other trades (EMC2, XLM, CVC).
I wish I had more money to play around with -- but this entire portfolio is currently hovering around ~700USD

I usually set sell orders in between 5 and 10% profit from my in point, my questions are do you normally aim for much smaller gainz? I could probably do 10 trades at 1% gainz instead of waiting a week for this one to go through at 10% profit huh?
I think I've also split-the-pea too many times, and as soon as I can get out of a few of these positions I will begin accumulating more in to single bags so if something does moon I can actually rake in some gluten free dough

You made a good decision anon. Don't listen to the majority opinion, but rather look at the positive and negative speculation and choose the argument with the best points. Remember that the majority of investors are wagecuck FUDders so they will always believe and enforce negative arguments. Just by doing personal research, I could already see that Bitcoin was going to reach a new ATH. I didn't need a bunch of /biz/ retards telling me what was going to happen to Bitcoin.
