ETH always goes up in a stair-like formation during bull runs. It goes up for 2 or 3 days and then it flat lines for a few days before it launches up again.
People always begin selling during these sideways periods because they're impatient and "want money nao xD".
We saw pre-mined shitcoins like NEO, civic, and Qtum get pumped during this flatline because of this shitty get-rich-now mentality. Every time there is a discussion about these coins is always about how "it'll be the next ETH" and how "its going to moon". Meanwhile they really haven't accomplished anything other than the hope of following in ETH's footsteps.
Once the pump-of-the week-coin's momentum dies, all the money goes back into eth, btc, and of course fiat. Right now that momentum is dying out.
By ETH now or get left behind on the train.
