Like-minded selecting various categories of interest to mutually connect with each other, by sending invite-notifications to alert others users seeking the same interest. Examples to connect could range from local sports, finding a church buddy, college kids needing a study-buddy, musicians connecting, to general hangouts. Detailed & verified user profiles will safely identify who you’d connect with.

To stay connected with each other, users can create & join temporary cliques for group-centered activities, along with the option to create a Friends list & to create & join long-term Groups to stay connected for future hangouts & discussions.

To get ideas for connecting, there’ll be categorized local events to choose, created by groups & local services, along with individual users, which would be added to your calendar & shared with fellow users.

When the budget & development team expands, there’ll eventually be deeper community-involvement focused features to hold user interest, such as a real user created local economy & tipping system, local news, public video/photo uploads, local discussion forums, local Trending activity feed, etc.

Users effortlessly connecting with each other in real time has yet to be explored, & could be wildly successful if designed correctly with an easy & clean layout.

JCP is a great way to get into real stocks if you have a few Sats kickin around. Stock is plummeting after they missed their quarterly estimates..

Worst case scenario, buy in - they liquidate a few locations, get a big government bail; and Bobs your uncle stock rebounds.

What is the better choice for this 30yo no gf loser who works a dead end no benefits job where he could be replaced at any time, $16/hr:

I'm a 19 y/o looking to get started on investing, build up some savings for when I graduate uni and move out. I've been lurking /biz/ for a few weeks and it looks like you guys are mostly about coin trading. No idea how that works, and I've been having trouble finding literature on it. Is there a go to thread or article for beginners I could hit up?

I asked some days ago already but I hope to get some more advices. How do I become a freelancer? I'm tired of being a wageslave and spending 8h in an office with my boss looking at my screen all the time. Would like to be my own boss at my pace. I know however, that being a freelancer can be tough too.

Are there any sources, books, etc. that you can recommend? My field is UI/UX design and I have a strong portfolio. But I don't know how I can get my first clients. Should I just mail thousand companies and introducing myself? I would rather stay away from those many freelance platforms as the competition is high and there are tons of people who do the job for 10% of the fair payment.

My idea is also to make an PDF file with an introduction, my skills, my recent work and then some pricing options. Like 3 days of work as a cheapest package and 7 days of work for a high price to get a fully working prototype of their app/software. Of course flexible, so that it depends on what the client could need and pay.

I just can't really figure out where to start and get my first jobs. Do you also have some general advices about this? Also is 500 Euro per day a good rate to start with?
