Hi all,
Need a little legal advice from a legal buff. I recently purchased a house, my bank issuing my loan obviously did a hard credit check couple of months back, fine.
The company I was buying the house off also did one too, which I didn't agree to.! Why would they need hard credit check me, I'm not borrowing money from them....?
As a result my credit file is trashed and I've just been refused $15k car finance which I've never been refused before.
Can I claim damages again the company I purchased the house off? The car was meant to get me to work.
Please advise guys.

i come from a poor country (yugoslavia) and i put all my savings on ICN after someone made a thread here... i had nice coins with other coins like monaco and litecoin... i am so stupid... but why so much evil in this world? i am poor, i need this money. my mom is unemployed, i once told her how much money i was making with crypto... i dont know anymore. i hope there is a god and he does something with those people... not fair.

Probably all of you know here know what kik is.
