do you ever regret being mean on here?
I do
i'm never mean
>>862014
No, because I'm only mean on /tg/ because they're mean first. /traditional games/ should be renamed /ad hominems/
I'm nice. I like frens.
>>862023
I am mean frequently, especially when tired or hungover.
I call people retarded and tell newfags to go back to red.dit but then I regret it.
>>862014
I'm mean to gays and I don't regret that
I take all posts ironically
>>862156

>>862014
I live without regrets.

Nah man, troll's remorse is for fags.
>>862014

Rude desu
>>862014
No, why would you? I can only assume it's because you think you're going to be held accountable for your actions. Did you suddenly start believing in Karma or convert to Christianity or some shit?
Whenever I act it's because I believe it to be the right thing to do in the moment, even if it's something really fucked up.

>Whenever I act it's because I believe it to be the right thing to do in the moment, even if it's something really fucked up.
You sound like an insufferable twat.
>>863132
You sound like you're lying to yourself if you don't do the same.
>>862014
Yeah, I was pretty mean the other day. I was putting people down who were posting "check your privilege bingo". (Pic related.)
I apologized, but still felt pretty bad. I did think later that maybe it gave some people pause to realize we all face our own hardships and "privilege" is just a construct to enslave and hinder us.
>>862102
But like why? Honest question. Do you just think it makes you sound cool or you are upholding a deeper honor and that's worth other people's feelings?
I always do it for the sake of banter
So no
I feel bad sometimes, there are things I don't like so I tend to go overboard with the hate. Then I think to myself "Who the fuck cares?" then regret that I spent the time being an ass.
>>862394
it isnt mean if its true though
>>862014
Not really, kill yourself
>>862014
No, I'm rarely a edgy sperg, I only get hostile towards other edgy fucks.

I just don't like gays and I don't like seeing them post here, no deeper reason than that.
>>862100
You should never feel regret for telling newfags to go back to freddit. It's a trial by fire honor tradition as old as 4chan itself.
>>866436
it's ok, we don't like you either
>>866436
that's mean :c say ur sorry anon.
>>862014
regret is for women and the weak.

>I think this is my first bingo
>>862014
dumb frogposter
>>862014
I like some good banter where we all tell each other to kill yourself. It's a good time.
Sometimes I'll give an anon a hard time, but then think "oh man... I hope that guy is alright. What if he is like a miserable loser who works at a gas station and all he has is surfing 4chan and I just made him feel worse after a bad day?...shit.."
I'm nice to everyone.
>>867211

as long as people like my hat i like them
>>862394
It's ok anon
>>866857

>>862014
If you regret being mean, then maybe 4chan is not the place for you newfriend :)
>>867684
You're one of those who came here following it's reputation, aren't you?
>>862014
im not mean often only when im in a bad mood which is pretty rare but yes i mostly regret being mean on here sometimes
The only really mean thing I said on the internet was to a pretty famous twitch dude, It was his 30's birthday and you could tell he was feeling miserable but he still kept steaming. He then asked his friend to play together with him and the friend just bailed and I start talking shit about he didn't have any friends or shit like that (because hes used with some banter in his comments) but he read the comment just went "oh" and continued doing some shit.
Felt like crap after that, but I started to understand why people troll famous people they like. It's almost impossible to get a reaction from them if you are complementing or just trying to be nice, it's easier to hurt them than it is to just talk or have any connection whatsoever. I'm not gonna do that again though.

I'm not saying people should harm you for being an asshole who feels justified -- I prefer that people reason with you just as you seem to want them to, as I agree it would be much more effective in improving your behavior -- but I'd just like to request that maybe you be a bit more circumspect of all the information which might lead you to the conclusion that you're doing something you don't approve of. Persuasion is a rare skill. If you want others to show you the truth, you must often be extremely charitable of their arguments. Your mindset seems to be oriented towards denying mistakes rather than fixing them. The mindset you're employing sounds like a strategy for being unharmable (thinking like "If I am always trying to do the right thing, then it is much more practical to change my behavior by reason than through violence, since I care enough to be able to see you are right when you are right"), and not a strategy for ensuring that you do the right thing, free of mistakes.
For example when >>863132 says you sound like an insufferable twat, they might mean something more concrete and meaningful, like that your mindset is not about actually doing the right thing, though you may at least be of a mindset that aspires to be about doing the right thing, which is actually a pretty good start. Instead of trying to refute the accusation immediately, you could have said "I'm not sure what that means, but if I am making a mistake I would sure like to know about it. Can you explain what your problem is in a way that's harder to interpret incorrectly by intellectually honest standards?"
Though to be fair we are on 4chan, and they are more likely to respond by making a list of completely vague and useless criticisms of a similar tone, like that you are an abhorrent asshole, a detestable dick, a contemptible cunt, and an impossible idiot.
